The apartment is on the upper floor of the residential building of a classic East Frisian farm in Burhafe near Wittmund in a rural area. The North Sea is only about 16 km away. The apartment has an area of about 80 square meters. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the entrance. Dogs are welcome. Even if you want to bring your horse, this is possible. On the farm live 2 ponies, 2 dogs and ducks and geese and 2 people. ;-)

The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10,- is to be paid on site.

You can expect a cozy attic apartment in the heart of the small town of Esens, on the North Sea. Located directly at the foot of the St. Magnus Church, it is only about 1 minute to the market square and the pedestrian zone. On the upper floor of our house we rent two large Living room-bedroom, spacious kitchen with balcony , bathroom and separate toilet. The sunny, open floor is practically furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. The south beach is only a 15-minute drive away. To the beaches in Hooksiel or Horumersiel you can plan the same time. In the immediate vicinity it is possible to rent good bicycles. Great restaurants can be reached on foot. Shopping is great.
