The house is connected to district heating, so that it combines historic walls with the amenities of the 21st century. The apartment is heated via underfloor heating. Easy City access: public transport is a 5 - 10 min walk, leaving your car parked at the apartment. Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.
