The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

This cozy apartment is a perfect base for a delightful holiday near the beach. It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house.

Een heerlijk rustig appartement, vlakbij het strand, station en centrum. Het appartement heeft een balkon waar je perfect wakker kan worden met een kopje koffie of de dag kan afsluiten met een wijntje. Het strand is op 2 minuten loopafstand. Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. This cozy guesthouse has all the comforts. It is within walking distance of the beach, is tastefully decorated, has its own entrance, can accommodate 2 people (no babies) and has its own terrace on the water. In the area you can enjoy hiking, cycling and (kite)surfing. The guesthouse has underfloor heating, so you can also stay here in winter. There is a private parking space and the location can also be reached easily by public transportation.

Cozy cottage 300 m from the beach @ Noordwijk aan Zee

A cozy cottage to relax with a private patio. The cottage is 300 meters from the beach, with a 5-minute walk you are on the beach. Our cottage is within walking distance of the shopping center. You can go shopping, walk in the dunes, relax on the beach, enjoy a snack and a drink at a beach tent, go to the pub in the evening, to the bulb fields or to the Keukenhof. (last two only in spring) Whatever you feel like, there is something for everyone!

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Summer cottage 18K - 1 km from the beach

Totally renovated in 2019: Small recreational home in a cozy courtyard with 14 other cottages with open living room/kitchen, toilet with shower, bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). From the bedroom, you can reach the garden/seating area. Satellite TV and Ziggo. Unfortunately, not suitable for children. No smoking!! Private parking If you want to stay longer/shorter, you can always inquire about the possibilities
