In the sun-drenched bathroom, you can relax under the rain shower. The compact kitchen is equipped for a delicious breakfast at the bar. And you can sit comfortably in the armchairs with a book. Perfectly located within walking distance of the bus stop, the supermarket, the restaurants and of course the beach and the dunes.

La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

It is a quiet spot behind the dunes in the village of Wijk aan Zee, on walking distance (10 min.) from the widest beach of Holland. The apartment has all facilities and there is also a nice terrace with a wide view over the village. The apartment has a private entrance and features a small kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a great bed. You also have a private parking place and there are two bicycles available. Enjoy!

Woody is een tiny house op 300 meter afstand van het strand en de duinen. Het tiny house is volledig ingericht en nieuw gebouwd. Het huisje is volledig geïsoleerd. Alles is nieuw. Het huisje heeft een airco die kan verkoelen en verwarmen. Ideaal voor de koude en warme dagen. Voor iedereen de ideale, rustige uitvalsbasis om de mooie natuur in de directe omgeving te verkennen. Lopend, fietsend of welke andere buitenactiviteiten dan ook. Amsterdam, Alkmaar en Haarlem op 25 min. afstand.

Modern and spacious apartment within a 2-minute walking distance of the beach Wijk aan Zee and the dunes. Opposite the apartment, there is also a mini golf course. Free parking in the street. Bus stop (including to Beverwijk train station) is a 1-minute walk away. The apartment is centrally located in relation to the major cities Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. There is a train station in Beverwijk. Supermarket and restaurants in the village, also within walking distance.

Loft in old fire station of Wijk aan Zee

Come and stay in the old Wilhelminaschool from 1884. In a quiet street is our building that was once built as a school, then served as a fire station and where we now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with a lot of love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy 70m2 loft. Because the space has an open staircase and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years old are welcome.

Summer cottage 18K - 1 km from the beach

Totally renovated in 2019: Small recreational home in a cozy courtyard with 14 other cottages with open living room/kitchen, toilet with shower, bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200). From the bedroom, you can reach the garden/seating area. Satellite TV and Ziggo. Unfortunately, not suitable for children. No smoking!! Private parking If you want to stay longer/shorter, you can always inquire about the possibilities

Sand castle, top vacation home, ideal for kids

Beautiful vacation home with private enclosed garden, complete with a relaxing lounge set. Quietly located and equipped with every comfort. Complete with a playground for the kids. Not suitable for groups of young people. Suitable for up to 6 people, including the number of children. In the months of July and August, the minimum rental period is one week. Check-in Saturday, check-out Saturday.
