You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

We are situated perfectly within walking distance of the South West Coast path to explore the picturesque coast on foot.

Little Acorns is a beautiful, hand crafted, bespoke Shepherds hut situated in a tranquil, idyllic location within the glorious Devon countryside. The hut is equipped with everything that you need to ensure an amazing, memorable stay in luxurious accommodation with breathtaking views. There is an additional outside seating area with a firepit for the evenings to huddle around, toasting marshmallows while watching the sun go down and listening to the resident owls hooting. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden.

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.
