Welcome to our old farmhouse, of which a part of the former stable has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly furnished with a lot of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The b and b is located separately and closed off from the main house. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one b and b space.

It is located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage Site, where you can intensively enjoy the peace and beauty of the Wadden area. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people. Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. It has a wide view and offers a lot of privacy. The tiny house is decorated with love and in detail. It is made entirely of wood and has an area of 30m². The cottage is fully equipped, everything you need is available. Enjoy the scenery and the skies, the peace and the space!

Welkom in ons unieke tiny house, verscholen in een privébos aan de rand van het charmante Friese dorp Noordwolde. Deze moderne accommodatie is ideaal voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers. Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

The bathroom has a rain shower, soft towels and Meraki shower gel and shampoo. There is also underfloor heating in the apartment and a kitchen equipped with oven, spacious refrigerator and induction stove. The apartment has its own private garden for guests. Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. Make beautiful memories together! Possibly tandem, boat and beautiful animal experiences to book!

"Come and relax in our cottage 'Welgelegen', on the edge of the forest. You can enjoy and relax here. You can also enjoy hiking and nature here. Within 10 minutes, you can be in Dokkum, and within half an hour, you can be in Leeuwarden or Drachten. You can park for free at the forest, right next to the cottage. All basic facilities are available, and this allows you to fully relax and enjoy your stay in Rinsumageast!"

The city logo is a spacious seven-person apartment (128 m2) which is located on the second, second and third floor of the property. It has a wonderful view of the city canal Kleindiep (turning point Elfstedentocht) and the historic town hall.
