Holiday rentals with a patio in Wiek

We had a relaxed stay in this great apartment :) The garden is really beautiful! A supermarket is right around the corner. Only the neighbors in the apartment above us made some noise in the morning and if you want to be dark to sleep, you should take a sleeping mask with you.

Dear Simone, It was very nice staying with you. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is very wonderfully furnished and very warm and homely. A nice apartment on the ground floor with the whole day until 7 pm sun in early June on the terrace. Everything has been thought of. The hostess is very friendly, communicative. Bathroom and bed, etc. fine. Bicycle shed, also clothesline is open... no door, but in this area no problem. The car on driveway with gate. Good wifi with hmdi cable can be watched on the laptop Dutch TV. Central located in North Rugen, small village with delicious Hungarian restaurant. Had a good stay!

We had a lovely holiday. The apartment is very clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Freezer, small oven, toaster, etc. In addition, the apartment has a beautiful balcony with plenty of space, where you can enjoy the sun, with a view of the garden. Everything is straightforward, Olaf and his wife are very friendly. We highly recommend the apartment!!!

We were allowed to spend New Year's Eve at Charlotte's place. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The apartment is very well furnished and looks much larger in real life than in the photos. The location is great: close to beautiful Putbus but very quiet. A highlight was the children's room with a loft bed and a wide selection of children's toys and audio cassettes. We thought it was great and would be happy to come back.

Fantastic place to unwind – we'll be back! We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment right on the water! The private beach access with the beach chairs was a real highlight – pure relaxation. The apartment is lovingly furnished, you have to orient yourself a bit because of the ceiling height, but after a day or two you know exactly where to watch out. The kitchen was super equipped, we lacked nothing. The contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated – you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The Lauterbach harbour with small restaurants is within walking distance, and those who like to walk can also take a relaxing walk to Putbus. The parking facilities directly at the property are great. We liked it so much that we immediately asked to come back next year – that says it all 😊

We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

The house is very nicely decorated and the garden offers everything you need to have a good time with the sauna, the hot tub and the barbecue. The kitchen is great for cooking with several people. We didn't miss anything in terms of cooking utensils, and there was enough crockery for everyone. The way to the beach is relatively short.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

It was just great at Karsta and Gerd's. Great quiet location, only 2 km to the Bodden, great furnishings, very clean, everything you need. Even fresh flowers in the vases. Super garden with cozy terrace. A go-kart for the kids. And very nice, warm hosts. Only the walk-through bedroom prevents us from coming back, but that is also due to our complicated sleeping needs. ;) Thank you very much for this great accommodation!!

The house is superbly equipped, very well maintained and was sparkling clean on arrival. We especially liked the stylish furnishings and the sauna. The location is ideal - water and shopping are within walking distance. Contact with the hosts was always friendly and quick. A clear recommendation for groups or families who want to spend a relaxing weekend by the Baltic Sea!

The stay was amazing! Everything was great! The house is very comfortable and feels like home. Also the Ostsee is not too far away as well as the Kreidefelsen.

In the Reethaus am Dune Forest, we spent a very relaxed week over New Year's Eve. With 5 adults, 1 child and 2 infants we found a spacious house. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

Andrea is a relaxed and friendly host! Absolutely accommodating and helpful! She was always quick to reach and had many good tips for excursions in the nearby area. The apartment was very clean! It offers enough space for 2.5 people (although tall people have to duck their heads at some doors). I think the bathroom is great, because there is a shower (also sufficiently large) AND a bathtub!! The kitchen is also very well equipped. The balcony is spacious enough to have breakfast on or to end the evening comfortably and the view is fantastic!!! The garden is certainly a real snack garden in summer/autumn with fruit trees and shrubs.... All in all, we felt very comfortable there and can only recommend this apartment!! Thanks for a great stay!!!

Was completely satisfied 👍🏼 Parking right outside the door. I thought the offer to use the fireplace at any time and the extra heating in the bathroom was great. Very quiet and idyllic and exceptionally nice landlords🙏😊

I was with my family in Zinnowitz over New Year's Eve. The apartment is in a quiet location. If you're looking for something quiet, this is the place to be. The way to the beach or the pier in Zinnowitz is relatively short and easy to reach on foot. There are many restaurants and also shopping. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures. Some groceries were even provided for a possible breakfast / lunch. Coffee, drinks, milk, toast, butter, jam, pasta, pesto, etc. - all that was available. Shower gel, hand cream, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. were also provided. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to stay one night longer. Thanks again for that!! An earlier check-in was also possible without any problems, as well as at checkout. We definitely had a great getaway and also a great New Year's Eve.

We are totally satisfied with the stay in this beautiful apartment! The accommodation was just like in the photos – clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We especially liked the large roof terrace. The host was always friendly, easily accessible and reliably took care of everything related to check-in and stay. The location of the apartment is ideal – shopping facilities are right next door, the city centre is just a stone's throw away and wonderfully quiet, as it is located on the courtyard side. We would come back anytime and can really recommend the accommodation!

Great place to stay in Binz. Close to the shops, buses, trains and the beach. Highly recommended.

Andre's apartment is very cozy and our expectations were exceeded. The sauna is an absolute highlight and the cosy couch sets invite you to relax. Another highlight is the reading chairs under the skylights. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is central. Harbour, shops, restaurants, bakeries and train station all within walking distance. Andre is a great host. He welcomed us warmly, is helpful, communicative and explained everything well. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and were able to really recover from the stress of everyday life. Thanks Andre for everything, we'd love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in Till's apartment and would love to come back. The garden is beautiful and can also be enjoyed in bad weather through the panoramic window. The location is fantastic even without a direct sea view, as described, the sea is within a few minutes' walk. It is very relaxing to listen to the rustling of the leaves in the wind and the birdsong and otherwise pleasantly quiet. The apartment is cozy and clean and in nice weather it is very pleasant to sit on the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. In my opinion, it would also be desirable for the supervising agency to follow the check-in (2 pm) and check-out (11 am) information from Tills listing. The check-out could also be later ... the agency's announcement to vacate the apartment at 10 a.m. is not compatible with holidays, with all due respect to cleaning schedules. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!
