There is also another toilet and a high-quality kitchen with a kitchen island and Miele appliances. The adjoining, spacious 30 m² south-west terrace invites you to relax and linger. The bright, light-flooded basement can be used as a fourth bedroom with two double beds if desired. With its generous 65 m², it not only offers additional space for sleeping, but also ideal conditions for workshops, yoga, and other relaxing activities. The Loxone smart home system ensures maximum comfort by perfectly coordinating lighting and shading. This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).

The house is surrounded by nature directly on the Thur overlooking Churfirsten and Säntis. It is ideally located for both summer and winter activities. A feel-good oasis for wonderful and relaxing vacations. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant, shopping and public transport are about 30 minutes walk away. The ski resorts of Chäserrugg and Wildhaus can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
