Die Wohnung ist mitten im Dorfkern neben einer Bäckerei (7 Tage offen) und einer Metzgerei.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Für 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder ab 6 Jahren geeignet( auf Nachfrage). Einrichtung ist leider nicht kleinkindgerecht.

The private entrance and free parking provide extra comfort. The private toilet with shower is a little older but clean and functional. Guests can use the bbq in the garden. Enjoy the sunrises from bed or from the private terrace with a hot coffee. Eichberg is centrally located. Appenzell can be reached in 15 minutes by car and the A13 highway in 10 minutes.

The next bus stop is 200 meters away, the train station Rebstein-Marbach is 1.5 kilometers away. Grocery stores are 5 min (bakery) and 10 min (supermarket) away. Extra mattress for one child is available.
