Holiday rentals with beach access in Widemouth Bay

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Spacious flat with absolutely beautiful view. Friendly and responsive hosts and lovely and clean place, with lots of space for our 4 person family. Parking space is a bonus and very convenient. Thanks for making my 40th birthday so special! We love this part of Newquay and have stayed at Crest Court (in various airbnbs) for 5 years now every May - it’s great.

A very nice flat with fantastic seaviews. Has everything that you need and the communication with the host was always exemplary.

Great facility met our expectations with nice little tit bits for us to indulge. Quiet neighborhood easy to find excellent car park adjacent to house. Would highly recommend.

The view from the apartment was worth it. Whilst the weather was rubbish and Westward Ho!… a tad underwhelming. Sitting and watching the sea at the end of a day was so beautiful even on a blustery rainy day.

Julie is a wonderful host and a very kind human being. Her apartment shows how considerate she is. We found everything needed in the flat. Flat is very clean, tidy, good linens, balcony view with sound of the waves is outstanding. Bed is good for sleeping. Comfy sofa and other electric machines are fine. We cooked meals happily. Bathroom is nice and clean. Close to town centre and other beaches. Rooftop is nice. We stayed here for seven days. She even arranged for late check-in to help us to relax before catching our flight home. This holiday experience is so great!! We hope to visit again In sha Allah. Thank you Julie. Beautfiul apartment in a lovely location. Perfect spot for a few days away with everything you could need within walking distance. Appledore is a lovely place and the apartment made the stay very enjoyable. Great host and very responsive. Will definitely be returning again!

A really lovely place to stay. It is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the welcome pack was a really nice touch. It is walkable into Bude where there is loads to do, plenty of restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Wow - what an amazing place to stay! This is probably the most memorable AirBnB I have stayed in so far. You are right on the edge of the seafront and by the harbour, with the double aspect living room enabling you to see both - the sea views are just stunning. Margaret was a really friendly and communicative host, and the parking space is good. I would heartily recommend this as a great place to stay; it is just so special being able to look out and see the sea from bed, and to hear the waves lapping at the shore as you go to sleep or make your cup of tea in the morning.

A beautiful retreat in a stunning location. The cottage was beautifully presented, clean and welcoming. Not only that but the hosts also are very generous and add additional touches - lovely Bread, butter, fudge, milk,wine- which is lovely to arrive to. The location is fantastic, just by the beach. A stunning location. We had such a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone, we would definitely stay again.

We spent 5 very comfortable nights in this beautiful chalet in order to walk a few sections of the South West Coast path. It was very convenient, being almost on the path, and very close to a reliable bus service along the coast. John and Annie’s place is quiet, private and has a wonderful bright and well furnished lounge, with patio doors out onto a balcony, and views of hills and even the sea. We made good use of the kitchen and found the bed very comfortable. The adjacent parking space was great for unloading. Crackington Haven is a delightful spot, well worth a visit. Johnnie was welcoming and had suggestions for walks. The fresh flowers were a lovely touch. Communication via Bear was excellent. We would definitely recommend May’s Cottage to other couples visiting North Cornwall.

We had the best weekend staying in Amanada’s house celebrating a birthday it was beautiful. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos & my 2 year old loved looking out to sea every morning seeing the birds. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much ☺️ one bonus for families thinking of booking that I did not see prior to our stay is the stairgate at the top of the stairs to the kitchen it was perfect with 2 young children we could shut this off.

A lovely spacious property where we immediately felt at home. Close to the beach and Port Isaac with a short drive to Polzeath. We enjoyed sitting in the sun in the private garden and going for walks on the coastal path. We would love to stay again - many thanks Gerry.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . We had a lovely week in Emily & Matt's flat. We liked that you can walk into town but also to Fistral beach & quieter areas. Great views - I enjoyed relaxing, reading in the bay window. I treated myself to swim & breakfast at Headland hotel (special offer).

Topside was ideally placed for access into Bude town. It was down hill to the beach in Bude. Lovely scenic walks over cliffs and beautiful bays. Be prepared in bad weather; some shops, eating places; close earlier and some restrictions if you have a dog. Loved the cafe in Bude museum for cream tea with a view. Thank you Vikki you thought of everything and were very welcoming. Bathrooms morden and clean with fluffy towels.

Modern spacious flat in a great location. The facilities were excellent and we appreciated the private car park. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We were blown away by the location and views from our accommodation as well as the very well appointed apartment.Our host could not have been more helpful,with some excellent recommendations for where to eat and for ideas on what was available to do and see in the area,we will certainly book again should we return to Polperro

The apartment, although small in size, has been extremely cleverly designed to make the best of its available space and offer guests a very comfortable home-from-home stay. It has two good-sized rooms and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (and the best views of the house!). A tidy kitchen, dining area, and wc, and a shower room (with a very good shower)… basically everything one needs! The coastal path, and Crooklets beach are both right at its doorstep, within a beautiful town with character and all the amenities one may need (shops, post office, etc…). However, probably the best of this apartment is its host -Sarah. Sarah has great attention to detail, has everything readily and easily available, and offers amazing, friendly but professional communication. She’s always happy to help with any queries and makes one feel extremely welcome. Overall, this is a truly amazing apartment boasting with great energy, in a truly magical area… exactly what mind, body, and souls need!

We had a lovely stay at Beckys, the place is very cosy, has everything you could possibly need which is amazing especially when on a little stay and not able to bring everything yourself. The added extras of the milk and cookies was great and really appreciated. Also really comprehensive instructions for everything in the property and amazing guide to eating out etc, made picking somewhere much easier with our dog in tow. Would definitely stay again and would really recommend. Thanks!

Gorgeous little break away with amazing views and a very comfy bed! The property was everything we needed and included nice little touches such as fresh milk, local apple juice and cookies. We felt right at home, safe and throughly enjoyed the local area. Laura's artwork is also beautifully displayed throughout. Communication and instructions on how to get in where clear and precise. Highly recommend this lovely little place. We will be back 👍

Lovely relaxing break It’s difficult to add anything new to the already fabulous reviews. Beth and Mark made our stay exceptional, their warmth, knowledge and hospitality were in a class of their own. The apartment is just gorgeous, situated in a picturesque spot, overlooking the beach, with beautiful gardens and plants. It is stylish, fresh, clean, comfortable and very homely and they have thought of everything, we really didn’t want for anything. We really hope to have the opportunity to visit and stay again. Thank you. Forgot to say it was my wife’s big birthday and she loved it, so thank you, I’m in the good books again. Best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in.
