There is a cosy bedroom in the loft (with a/c ) with two beds, plus an additional air bed if required, a sunny living area, a huge communal garden, plus a private front patio. Come and recharge in beautiful green Clapton! My garden apartment full of art and colour is perfect for a single person or couple to relax cook and read art and interiors books. The bedroom is completely mirrored and has a giant firm mattress and high quality pillows and sheets. The dining space opens to the back garden. The bathroom has a deep Japanese cube shaped bath that fits 2! There’s a projector for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors and it’s double glazed.

Extraordinary Grade II-listed early Georgian Home

Malplaquet House is an extraordinary Grade II-listed early Georgian home with a fascinating history in east London’s Stepney Green conservation area. It was built between 1741 and 1742 and later adapted in the 1790s. It has been fully restored in more recent years in consultation with The Spitalfields Historic Buildings Trust.
