Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Rear property opening onto beautiful Sullivans Lake Park. Modern home features large lounge, separate dining and well equiped kitchen. The 2 ensuite bedrooms have queen beds. Separate office for those traveling on business. PVC blinds enclose the large north facing deck featuring dining and sitting areas. Watch the ducks, herons, swans and other water birds as the sun goes down. Lakefront unfenced, therefore unsuitable for under 12's.

Lake Cottage

Lake Rotoma is a beautiful pristine lake - great trout fishing! Enjoy 180deg views of the lake from the extensive deck, cottage faces north, sun all day. Walk across the road to the beach which is great for safe swimming and all water sports. There are two bedrooms inside the Cottage and third bedroom is a large sleep out with bedding. There is a fireplace, wood available, TV, a full kitchen with two fridges, stove and microwave. Also a BBQ, table tennis table and two kayaks for guest use.

Located in the heart of Rotoma, close to Cafe , boat ramp & service station. One of only 10 properties on the lake side with a large reserve area at the rear of the property. 30 minute drive from Rotorua & 40 minutes from Whakatane. Suitable for family groups wanting spend time together or groups of friends wanting to catch up. Busy times between December & March & long weekends, prioritory will be given to longer bookings, particularly for January which will be 5 nights or more.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. We have paddle boards, two kayaks and plenty of games for use. Fully fenced back yard. Sit on the deck with a picture perfect view. Plenty of beautiful walks nearby. Lake Rotoma is one of New Zealands cleanest and warmest Lakes. 30 minutes to Rotorua airport. One hour to Papamoa beach and 40 minutes to Whakatane. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a sleep out.
