Sunflower Cottage

Our dog friendly cottage has a large kitchen/living area and a separate bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and plenty of storage. The kitchen has a microwave and bench top oven. We are situated in a quiet street within a 10–15-minute walk to the CBD and New World supermarket. The cottage is also a 5-minute walk away from our picturesque riverside Warren Cole Walkway. The cottage is situated at the back of our house but separated by a large deck. Parking is right outside your door for convenience.

Across from the beach, with stunning views, all day sun & large outdoor deck, this is the perfect spot to just rest, & relax. Recently fully renovated throughout , including new kitchen & appliances , new bathroom, carpet , vinyl, & double glazing . The large master bedroom opens out to the fully fenced garden & cobbled courtyard. The second bedroom has a double bed & built in wardrobe. Open dining, lounge & deck area, its all here to watch the waves, cook the bbq & enjoythe sunsets.

Ideal, centrally located two-bedroom apartment with rural and urban outlooks and very close to both Whakatane CBD (1.5km) and Ohope (4km) and all that they have to offer :-) Accomodation is clean & tidy, peaceful and centrally located with nice large bedrooms with Smart TVs. Kitchenette with air fryer, microwave, toaster,kettle, great fridge and table and chairs. Tidy bathroom with good pressure hot showers.
