This is the perfect place to stay if you want a easily accessible place to go skiing at Sugar. My husband and I had a blast on the slope, and it was so nice and convenient to have a place to stay so close and easy to drive to. Kevin was great and very detailed with his instructions and quick to respond to any of our questions. Would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Beech Mountain! The home was immaculately clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The attention to detail in making the space comfortable and inviting was evident from the moment we walked in. We loved it so much that we even extended our trip by an extra day to enjoy it longer. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring the nearby attractions, this Airbnb was the perfect getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and well-appointed place to stay!

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The condo was as described/pictured. It was clean, free of clutter, the kitchen had a nice amount of pots and pans to cook your own meal. Nice washer &dryer, which was nice. The condo is roomy. The wifi worked well. Great safe neighborhood, great for walks! Neighbors were friendly. Close driving distance to shopping, grocery stores , restaurants, banks, gas stations. Felt at home during our stay. Eli is a great host, friendly and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

Fran and Ron's place was just amazing and was perfect for our family. The best part was after having another AirBnB booked for over 6 months before this huge family trip we had been planning for a year, the day before we're going to leave the other owner messaged us and said the place was no longer available, so sorry, and just dropped us. Fran and Ron came to the rescue. Great communication, a beautiful place, and a great price. We could not have been happier and are so glad we ended up finding their place because it was better than where we were originally going to stay. If you're considering staying at Fran and Ron's condo, don't hesitate to book it and enjoy everything it has to offer.

The place was in a beautiful complex with lots of amenities and gorgeous views. The unit itself was a bit dated inside and could use some upgrades but was comfortable and did the job. The bed was very hard and the pillows were too flat for our liking. Overall we were happy with the place and felt we got our money’s worth. Although we did not enjoy the pressure we got at the front desk to sit through a 2 hour presentation for their timeshares. I was firm and said no but had to do so over and over to get them to back off. Having been on the road over 13 hours that day, I just wanted my room key and not be pressured into that. I will leave it with the view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking!

Condo was very clean. Location was great with the balcony overlooking the river. Only negative was the pillows were kinda thin, if you like a fluffy pillow may want to bring your own. I would definitely recommend.

It was a beautiful little getaway for my first trip with my significant other. I’d say the best part was definitely how responsive and kind Trevor was throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend! :)

Great location, perfect place to stay to see Charlotte

We took a trip to the mountains for some late season snowboarding. We did 1 day at Sugar Mountain (approx 20 min drive from here) and 1 day at Beech mountain (easy walk/1min drive to from here). The space worked for what we needed which ultimately was a bed to sleep in between days on the mountain. We did not use much of the space except for the toaster for morning bagels and the fridge for storing drinks. The location/access to Beech Mountain is the real selling point for this place. I'm not a fan of Airbnb's charging cleaning fees greater than $25 AND requesting that you check off cleaning tasks beyond leaving the place is a reasonable state such as putting things back where you found them, collect used towels/linens, etc but recognize this may be a personal preference. I'm happy to pay a cleaning fee but would expect to do fewer cleaning tasks at check out in exchange.

Great stay for skiing and hiking. It is walkable to Sugar, but be prepared for a bit of a hill and some steps. Totally worth it to not have to park in the lot. Home was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean. Lots of little extras like spices, coffee, waters, soaps, etc. Everything was great for our short stay with our pups. Owner was very responsive after we messed up on our reservation. Fantastic communication. We would absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

Great view of downtown. Very close to sugar and beech ski resorts.

Great space and perfect location for exploring downtown Greenville. The space was very comfortable and clean. Loved the little extras provided- a few snacks, drinks, waters and K-cups. We were in town for SEC women’s basketball tournament. Location could not have been better for going to Bon Secours Arena, and then also exploring the downtown area.

Ashleigh's condo was perfect for our needs! Great location, very charming and comfortable! She was very responsive when we had questions.

Loved staying at this condo complex. Beautiful boardwalk on the lake that we walked on each day, close to the wedding venue we had events at and accessible to main road with plenty of restaurants and stores. Katie was very responsive as well and made the check in/check out process easy. We had a dog with us who would bark when someone was walking by outside which was out of character for him and a neighbor did submit a noise complaint. Katie was great about it, asking us to be more mindful but letting us know barking from a passerby is accepted but excessive barking won’t be if it continues. So if you plan to stay here and have a hyperactive dog, you may want to plan for how you’ll best control the situation (shut the blinds if you leave or don’t let them access the front bedroom where they can see the front walkway). Great condo, very clean and accommodating with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Just off the beaten path but extremely close to all the trills and adventures. Lovely view from the balcony of the golf course and beautiful mountains. Easy access and host was highly responsive.

Everything was wonderful. Angelica was helpful and quickly responsive when we had questions. There is a general store and pizza place in walking distance. Downtown is only about a five minute drive.
