The house 100 meters from the sea invites to beautiful experiences in a wonderful environment, relaxation and peacefulness. The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Cute house in the centre of Nykarleby. One bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a convertible sofa in the upstairs hallway. Fully equiped kitchen, and a big outdoor patio with grill and outdoor seating. A big sauna is located in the bathroom. The house is our private recidence, and we have our belongings in the house. The house is located 350m from a supermarket.
