Until 30 July, there will be an excavator, a container and a new wastewater system in the yard —> a toilet in a pit, a pond in the backyard and a new sauna shed in the container. Good transport links either by car or train. Tampere Airport is about 15 minutes away. To Helsinki and Helsinki Airport it takes app. 2 hours. A separate fee for the use of hot pool. Possibility also for served meals. There are three reservable/free-to-use tennis courts within walking distance.

Half of a semi-detached cottage in Äijälä, Laukaa, about 40 km from Jyväskylä. Lake on both sides of the cottage. Private sandy beach to the southwest/west. In summer, a boat and paddle board are available. The glazed terrace is a nice place to spend time and admire the beautiful lake landscape. There is a fireplace near the beach and a gas grill on the terrace. Outdoor plug for electric or hybrid car.

Rooms for rent in an old school building next to the lake. Classy, homey rooms with high ceilings (4m) and a lot of light coming in. In summertime it's also possible to sleep in a yurt (Mongol tent) on the yard. You can use the old log house sauna and swim in the lake. Kayaks and a row boat available. The destination is great for all kind of groups and people.
