The apartment has a sturdy and safe sleeping loft but is not suitable for a person with reduced mobility. There's room for a large couch to relax. A great space wonder! There is also a laundry machine in the bathroom BBQ facilities are available on the covered terrace. Approximately 30 km to Tampere. You can get to the property by bus. But you need your own car. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky, olohuoneessa vuodesohva ja vuodetuoli. Lyhyt kävelymatka ydinkeskustaan. Upeat ulkoilupolut lähellä, samoin hyvät bussiyhteydet mm. rautatieasemalle. It is a really short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city center. 3-It is still a quiet neighborhood and nice views from the balcony. Sairio: really close. For us, you walk from the train station, and from us you walk for a swim. You can get to us by bus, and your own car. Our house is from v 1929, but the apartment has been renovated in 2018. The room has beds for 2 adults and 1 child. There's a spare mattress if you need it. In a small kitchen, you'll enjoy morning coffee and evening snacks. Your own spacious bathroom. The lush yard offers space for a stay. In the summer, there is a terrace with food groups and hammocks.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is next to shopping centers, conveniently close to all services. It is easy to get there and easy to leave, by bus, train and car. Private parking space next to the door. The apartment is on the top floor of the elevator house, on the quiet courtyard side and has a spacious balcony. In addition to Wi-Fi, there is a Chromecast and a large 4K TV. The double bed can be divided into two beds and the sofa bed is 140 cm.

Kauniilla ja viihtyisällä huoneistolla on huikea sijainti Hämeenpuistossa Työväenteatteria vastapäätä. Vain kiven heiton päässä Laukontorita ja keskustasta. Asunto on raikkaasti pintaremontoitu ja 6. kerroksesta on vehreä näkymä Hämeenpuistoon. Suljettuina ikkunat pitävät hyvin kadun äänet loitolla. Talossa pieni hissi. Asunnossa on moottoroitu parisänky ja vuodesohva (n.120cm), iso televisio, netti, pimennysverhot, tuuletin sekä viilennyslaite. Valoisa hyvin varusteltu keittiö.

Enjoy a cozy stay in a second-floor compact 45m² apartment building in the center of Seinäjoki. The train station is only 500 meters away and the nearest grocery store is 350 meters away. Bed linens and towels are always waiting for you and included in the rent. Sleeps six: a double bed, a sofa bed, and a wide air mattress. The apartment has a cooling machine and darkening window coverings in the bedroom. You'll also have access to free parking for one car.
