Rebecca was very responsive from booking to check out. Very friendly and approachable. The accommodation exceeded all expectations. Beautiful cottage, had everything we needed and more. The food was a lovely surprise! Thank you. The toiletries were amazing too (they smell divine!). Very comfortable to relax and sleep. Really hope to come again and stay longer next time! So much more to explore!

Private parking, secure garden for our dog, comfortable bed and an easy walk into town ticked all of our boxes. The garden was in full bloom, so sitting outside was made it even better.

A wonderful house in beautiful surroundings. It also had that more difficult to attain "presence", with each room allowing you to relax and experience its homeliness and history. The whole family (6 adults and 2 grandchildren) thoroughly enjoyed our stay to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday. No-one really wanted to leave. Waking up to see the expanse of manicured gardens from bedroom windows and breakfast room was a calming relaxing pleasure. Plenty of walks available, and the walk to the local pub for an evening meal was safe and easy along quiet country roads. Would certainly recommend.

We booked Oak Barn to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary with all the family. We were blessed with a long weekend of beautiful weather. In fact it was so nice that we ate nearly all our meals al fresco in the garden which was fully enclosed meaning that our two dogs could wander in and out of the house. Rosie thoughtfully messaged us when we arrived to give us pointers on how to keep the house cool. The Barn is spacious and spotlessly clean with quality bed linen, towels and toiletries provided. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The layout in the house is perfect for extended or multigenerational families. It’s situated in a quiet country lane but within a few minutes you can be in Wroxham and the coast within half an hour. There was an excellent house manual with lots of suggestions for things to do but the weather was so warm that we tended to stay fairly local. All in all this was one of the best properties we have stayed in.

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

A really wonderful house with a fabulous garden. The photos don’t do it justice! The house had everything our family needed, incredibly well equipped. Host was very helpful and always responded promptly. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it!

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

We had a fantastic stay at lakeside view. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings being situated right by the lake. Jean was a great host, super helpful and responsive. The lodge was even better than we were expecting. Would definitely recommend

The Gig House was fantastic. Beautifully presented and exactly as described. Situated within beautifully maintained grounds, and just a few seconds stroll to the spa, it was absolutely perfect for our girly getaway! Tan and Hannah’s communication was excellent and they were very helpful. Plus the spa was great, friendly staff, great treatments and lovely outdoor jacuzzi pool with sun loungers to relax and lap up the sunshine. Who could ask for more!

I didn’t stay there myself, I booked the place for my co-workers coming over from London , but they said the place was very nice!

This is our third time staying with Kelly and yet again we had a great time and experience. The caravan is spotless and in a lovely location. Kelly was an excellent host as she always is. Hopefully we will be back next year!

We had a wonderful weekend at the old steam mill. Photos don’t do it justice - it’s even more spacious and beautiful in real life! Very comfortable and quiet, the hosts Mark and Celina accommodated us at very short notice and were lovely and responsive when needed. The garden was perfect to enjoy a drink and meals in the warm summer evenings and our dog loved exploring. It was everything we hoped for a countryside getaway not too far from London.

Lovely cottage, bang in the middle of town, lotsa local walks and nice delis/pubs/shops. Downsides? None. We’ll be back.

Sarah was very responsive. She offered us an early check-in without us asking, and we appreciated it. We requested a late check-out too, and she obliged. Thank you, Sarah, we did enjoy our stay.

Very comfortable short stay in nice surroundings. Everything was exactly as described and Hannah’s communications were clear, timely, and helpful.

Excellent host. The property was exactly as described and an easy walk to two pubs, a fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway and coop shop. the location was good for exploring the area. Hosts were very friendly and had a very good knowledge of the area.

This is a glorious place to stay if you’re a countryside lover. We stayed in May and the blossom and wildflowers were spectacular. Myriads of walks and an abundance of nature on the doorstep. The provision of an OS map really helped with the walks. This was just one of a number of little thoughtful touches. Beautiful shower and a comfy bed. It was great to have a dishwasher and washing machine too. Eleanor is the best of hosts, kind and considerate and has put a lot of thought into the accommodation for both human and canine visitors. The private use of the orchard is a real bonus. Even our escapologist Border Terrier met his match with the fencing! It was lovely to be able to sit in there and not worry about him disappearing. There is a lot to see and do in the area and we barely scratched the surface in the 6 days we stayed there. Highly recommended! We’ll definitely be back!
