Holiday rentals with breakfast in West Suffolk District

Lesley's home was very conveniently located near where our business meetings are as well as all the shops and restaurants that we needed on the 5 days we spent in Chelmsford. Her home is pristine and the room where we stayed is very restful. Lesley is a brilliant host, getting out of her way to provide us with one of the best service we've had in an AirBNB stay and we have been in quite a few. We would certainly love to come back next time we have events in the area. Thank you very much for hosting us, Lesley! We're praying you more success in your AirBNB business.

We had a wonderful stay! It was in pristine condition and easy to find. There were many personal touches like a fruit bowl and breakfast ready in the fridge. It was a great value stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

Jane's home was perfectly located for my visit to the city - in between the historic city centre and the areas of independent shops and cafes on Mill Road and Norfolk Street. Jane is a great host and good communicator. The bed and room are comfy and quiet. There was even the option to make toast with Jane's home made bread, or to have a bowl of cereals for breakfast.

Lovely spot! Thoughtful amenities like butter, milk and jam that were much appreciated and made breakfast easy. The L’Occitane shampoos and soaps were delightful. The welcome booklet had great recommendations for local restaurants and clear instructions about trash/recycle/compost. A little bit of noise at night from the street, but not constant, just a person walking by here and there. Otherwise, it was very quiet. Lovely courtyard and beautiful artwork in the space. Bed downstairs was a 5/5 and the twin beds upstairs were 4/5 for us. This was a perfect space for our trip to Cambridge. Thanks, Sarah!

We had a wonderful stay at Clowns guest house. The accommodation was a really high standard, the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting my cousin in the village. We would highly recommend Lydia’s place.

The flat is beautiful and well furnished and laid out, and was nicely cleaned and ready for us. The flat was easy to access and located very close to the town, easily walkable or by bus. The host was very communicative and responsive, and very helpful to boot. We would definitely stay there again if the occasion arrises. An excellent stray and a tremendous host. 5 stars

Loved James’ place 💖 We were visiting my friend nearby and how fortunate we were to stay at his place! It was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable (we only slept in the master bedroom) and the modern kitchen was thoughtfully laid out. Quiet neighbourhood but super accessible to everything - short walk to grocery stores & nearby parks. Appreciated detailed instructions and recommendations! Will definitely come back and stay again (if James likes us :D) + also, spotted some cute wild foxes nearby! Very exciting!

Great place, easy access, clean and comfortable

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ipswich or just for time away to relax.

Great place to stay whilst working nearby. My own front door with parking right outside made loading and unloading simple. The breakfast items supplied are a lovely touch.

Riona is an amazing host who cannot do enough for you. Lovely to talk to and extremely helpful. The place is immaculate and furnished beautifully. The local village is really pretty and there is lot of other lovely villages within short distance if you wish to explore the area. Riona does a wonderful breakfast and keeps the place absolutely spotless. Higly recommend for a stay in the Norfolk area

The Maltings is quiet and secluded being just off the beaten track. However, finding it was made so much easier by Shirley's clear instructions sent out prior to arrival. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and snuggley warm with all the facilities you need for a few days away. The breakfasts were delivered at check-in and were more than enough for our 4 day stay. (A fine selection of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, juice and pasteries.). It is well placed for days out across the whole of East Anglia, with plenty of places of interest within an hour's drive. Would happily stay again.
