This place was GREAT! Close to everything. We love walking. Convenient to places like Red Rocks (drive). The place itself was super clean and the instructions for access were very clear. Can't say enough good things about it. Had a helpful guest binder with lots of info. Rooftop had great views. If and when I stay in Golden again (which I will) I'll be looking far in advance to try and book this place again. Thanks to both Stefan & Bethany!

Great location in downtown Boulder. The bed is a comfortable queen Murphy bed. The orientation of the bed is a little odd, one person is against the wall. But not a dealbreaker by any means. Easy check in and check out. We would stay here again. Thanks!

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

We loved our stay! The kitchen is huge with tons of counter space, and the bathroom was clean and roomy as well. There’s an excellent couch in the living room that is big enough to sleep on, if needed. The unit was very close to town which made for an easy walk to breakfast in the morning.

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

We had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone! It is a perfect centralized location for travel between Denver, Boulder, and Estes Park. The street is quiet and there are shops within walking distance with delicious food and treats after a long day. The place was clean and had all the amenities we could possibly need—great hosts!!

When reviewing anything, I find that the more nit-picky I am (where I feel like I’m almost making things up that are wrong), the better the place probably is. And let me tell you, it was hard to find things wrong with this place. Everything was wonderful. The host was great, the space was clean and peaceful, and it was close to lots of tourist locations! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better place while visiting Denver

It was in a great location for going all over Denver. Super clean, the perfect amount of space for two people, and all the necessities covered! The dual-head shower was sweet!

Shelly's home accommodated our group well. Furniture and bedding were comfortable and sturdy with plenty of living room space for all to sit. The game room included air hockey, pool table, basketball hoop, exercise bike, darts, ping pong, and a variety of games to keep all entertained. Several of our group enjoyed petting the neighboring horses. We had a good time exploring Golden and Lookout Mountain, as well as Rocky Moutain National Park tour and Garden of the God's. Shelly answered texts quickly and addressed concerns regarding a tub drain the same morning, working around our group's timing. We would highly recommend this home and host.

This house was a great landing spot for our family (3 adults and 2 children). A quiet neighborhood, lots of room to spread out, walkable to Walmart (which came in handy when we wanted to grab quick late-night groceries for breakfast after putting the kids to bed as soon as we arrived). You're definitely going to need a car for most activities, but that's to be expected when renting a place in the suburbs; worth it for us to have the space with kids. Very close to playgrounds and easy highway access for getting to other attractions.

Aracely’s place was very nice, we liked it a lot. It had a fully stocked kitchen, two really nice and clean bathrooms with really nice big shower heads, washer and dryer, a cute little back yard if you wanted to chill there and the parking place was covered if you got the top unit. Overall the place had everything you need for your stay. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. We felt right at home! Will definitely come back again when we are in the area.

We had a great time during our stay and loved the bungalow! The place was very cozy, clean and walking distance to some great restaurants. We loved the neighborhood and would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s wonderful! 9 deer in the yard hanging out and resting! The views are peaceful and beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need and the design of the home is very cool. The one drawback is the beds are hard. Initially, they feel like they are TempurPedic, but your body doesn’t melt into them. A quick fix could be memory toppers. The sheets are great, and I’m a sheet snob! That is my only critique. Faris is lightning fast responding and incredibly accommodating! It’s been a great find!! The kitchen is so big to allow room for people to move around-great, big island! Thank you, Faris! You are an awesome host!

Absolutely wonderful! We spent a week at this home away from home. It was immaculately maintained and stocked with anything you need (and more). The bed was very comfortable and we slept better than at home! It’s a very spacious and private space that is modern and feels like new. David was a great host and prepared us well for what we needed to know. The location was quiet and safe, as well as conveniently located to drive anywhere. We easily navigated to Red Rocks and downtown Denver, and our white water rafting trip was just 1/2 hour away. It was also easy to make a day tour out to the mountains and see Loveland Pass all the way to Breckenridge. If we ever visit the Denver area again I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

We had a great stay! The location was right outside of the city (about 15 minutes), very peaceful, and lots to do near by. The house was clean and comfortable to stay. We were provided with all we needed and the board games were a plus for a rainy night in! Highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Denver area!

The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient with many good restaurants. Caden is very responsive to our needs as the shower's drain was needed attention and it was fixed asap. We really appreciate her help. The shower was great after the fix. I highly recommend this place to others.

The stay was very nice. Clean apartment and had all the amenities we needed. The only complaint would be that the mattress was quite firm.

My husband and I had a great three-month stay at Ling’s home! Ling and Nicholl were very friendly and responsive hosts. The internet worked well for both of us to be on video calls throughout the day as we both work remotely. We are runners, and the neighborhood is safe for jogging. The bed is comfy. Quick drive to grocery stores. We recommend this home.

We had an incredible stay during our trip to Denver. The house was spotless and stocked with all the essentials. With plenty of restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk away, we were able to explore the city like locals. We’d love to come back again!

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.
