Monthly Rentals in West Pennington

This AirBNB was amazing!!! We have stayed in many AIRBNB & VRBO's and this by far was this most well organized & stocked. We always bring the most common items that others never carry. We did not have to use one item that we brought. Everything was stocked and actually overstocked in a good way. Allison was very very on the spot with communicating. This cabin was up to date for a very rustic cabin. We were looking for the rustic and it met 100% of our expectations. This was a perfect area to stay in for us because we were just close enough to take in the sights but did not have to put up with traffic and large groups of people. My grandson loved the bunkbeds, since he doesn't have them at home. The master bedroom bed was absolutely perfect. Probably the best bed we have ever slept in. Most of the time they are lumpy, too soft and just miserable. This bed did not fall into any bad categories. I wish we had been able to stay longer but we WILL be back. THANK YOU ALLISON !!!!!!

The property was excellent. The owners have thought of everything you would need for your stay in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I cannot say enough about the care given from the owners to make your stay perfect, from small things like providing plenty of toilet paper to the fresh baked cookies and muffins with the personal hand-written note welcoming us when we arrived. I quickly saw why all the previous reviews were 5-star, and I couldn't agree more. You can tell the owners really care about making your stay perfect.

My college age daughter had a summer internship in Rapid City. I helped move her in and out and stayed a few days on each occasion. She felt safe , liked the immediate neighborhood, and was the unit was a good fit and place for her three month stay. Brett and Joan have a cute place and are great with communication. The descriptions and pictures featured are accurate. Considering the events and touristy things that go on up there from Mt Rushmore to Sturgis, both she and I feel fortunate to have snagged this place for the summer and the fair rate posted.

Bev is truly the sweetest — she is so kind and accommodating, and the ranch is so charming. Would definitely recommend! The space is super comfortable, clean, and cozy. Love the decor! Memorable experience, definitely worth it.
