Pet-friendly holiday rentals in West Pennington

This stay was incredible. Our family had such a fun time in this beautiful home. It had absolutely everything you would need to make it a great stay for both adults and kids. Our kids did not want to leave! The house was immaculate and in the perfect location. To top it off, the hosts were so wonderful to communicate with. They were super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! Best experience we have had! Highly recommend this stay to any family!

Tai’s home was very comfortable, cozy and clean. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 comfortable queen size beds was just what the doctor ordered after a full day of adventures. My sister’s dog absolutely LOVED the fenced in backyard. I enjoyed time on the adorable front porch relaxing before getting ready for another day of adventures. The house is in a great location for visiting the Black Hills, the Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse monuments and Bear Country USA. Tai was a friendly, informative host and provided everything we needed to know about the house and provided great recommendations for local attractions. Tai contacted us to let us know when the house was ready so we could check in early if we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This home was conveniently located within a few minute's drive to restaurants, grocery store, and freeway-Great home base for exploring nearby areas. Half a mile from the bike path system. Minimally decorated, it was clean, newly remodeled and lacking nothing for a one week stay. The one negative is something completely outside the host's control, but there's a cement factory about half a mile away that produces a "hum". Imperceptible during the day, but was apparent at night. A brown noise YouTube video finally helped drown it out, but if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue.

Joe was an excellent host. This was a wonderful experience. Check in was a breeze. Communication was prompt and courteous. I had a question up front and Joe's care in answering my concerns let me know that this would be a great experience. The home was comfortable, private, and very clean. We had all the amenities we needed. The home was a great jumping off point for all the Black Hills have to offer. It's an easy enough drive to Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Devil's Tower and various other tourists stops along the way. Not to mention Rapid City itself - it's a short drive to stores, restaurants, and the lovely downtown area. I would definitely stay again when I'm in the area. Large, flat, fenced backyard perfect for dogs! Close to a park with great walking paths. We took a family vacation with our dogs, our adult daughter, her spouse, and their son (our grandson) and this place was perfect! We all had plenty of room, and the full kitchen was perfect for family meals. Being near hwy 16 was perfect for all the sight-seeing and fun kid activities. Would definitely recommend if you are taking a trip to the Black Hills.

Had a wonderful stay! Home was located within easy distance of Custer State park, Mt Rushmore and more. Home was clean,well stocked with towels etc and comfortable beds.

My husband and I stayed here for a night while passing through town and wish we could have stayed longer! It was the perfect little stop for us. The bnb was clean, cute and cozy. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay again if in the area :)

Great place for you and your family to explore Rapid City, Rushmore and the Badlands. Has everything you need and a cozy setting. Would highly recommend!

This was an amazing place! Beautiful location in the Black Hills! We were just a few minutes away from dining and entertainment. The view from the cabin and deck is breathtaking!

Great place to stay! Nice hot tub & spacious areas. Garage and laundry room big bonuses! Would definitely stay again. 🙂

We had a great stay! Amanda always responds quickly and even allowed my family who were arriving much earlier than us to have access a couple of hours before check in time. The house is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood close to pretty much everything. We would definitely stay there again especially when the pool is available to swim in.

Amazing place! It’s right off the highway so easy to get to and such a gorgeous house. The beds were super comfy also! Perfect house to hangout at. The only downfall with being pet friendly is there is so much mud around the house. And the rocks are hard for a dog to walk on. But still recommend and will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed or stay at Sarah's Airbnb. Everything you need is within walking distance, which was quite enjoyable. Although, it is on the edge of downtown, we had no issue with road noise, which was nice relative to the location. There is a grocery store across the street, so it was easy to walk over and buy food to prepare in the well equipped kitchen. The Pizza Mill restaurant was also across the street and there pizzas were outstanding. I would highly recommend this impendent and locally owned business. We also walked a block to breakfast one morning and ate at the Our Place restaurant. This locally owned breakfast diner was also a gem and had a wonderful hometown atmosphere. Further down the main street were several other shops and places to eat. The only negative issue with Sarah's pace was the narrow, steep, and winding stairwell to the second floor. None of our group over 50 felt comfortable staying upstairs. All and all a good stay.

The cabin was so comfortable and large. The views were gorgeous beyond words-- even more beautiful than the pictures could show. The home was very clean, well furnished and comfortable with tasteful and uncluttered decor and very clean. Great communication with hosts and recommendations for things to see and places to eat or get groceries etc. they responded to my texts, calls immediately. We did not want to leave. We hope to go back this fall. We saw a doe and fawn in the yard, more deer, lots of bird species. The deck and deck furniture was our favorite spot. Lots and lots of movies and games. Kitchen had everything including an electric ice maker, popcorn maker, air fryer, crock pot. Nice pots and pans.

We had an amazing stay at Eagles Landing Lodge in Custer, SD! The lodge was spotless, beautiful surroundings, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. It’s in a peaceful, private location, yet just a short drive to nature filled activities like Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, and local shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making sure we felt welcome and had all the info we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for exploring the Black Hills. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay at Jet's camper. It was very clean, very well stocked and everything worked well. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again. We loved Jets pups, Makua and Lihue!!
