Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! Modern bathroom, We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. Plenty of on street parking available

Comfy for 3 adults but will accommodate 4 / perfect for 2 adults 2 children. 10 minute walk to Hersham station which has a direct line to Waterloo / Central London (30 min train) 15 min bus ride to Hampton Court Palace (Bus stop 1 min walk) Thorpe Park, Windsor Castle, Kempton, Sandown, Heathrow airport , Lego Land (All 20 - 30min by car)

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

Our beautiful, two storey apartment is spacious, modern and light. Only 2 mins walk from the river and its riverside cafes. Featuring large master bedroom with bathroom ensuite, dining for up to 4, kitchen and lounge area with views of the meadow. 8 mins river walk to Hampton Court Station (19 mins to Wimbledon,35 mins Waterloo) and Hampton Court Village on Bridge Road with its fantastic antique shops and eateries on Bridge Road. Hampton Court Palace and Royal Bushy Park are 10-15 mins walk.

Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away.
