Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The climatic health resort of Edenkoben is conveniently located, has bus and train and is only a few kilometers from Neustadt a.d.W. and Landau.

We want you to feel as comfortable as at home. The apartment has WLAN. However, the bandwidth is not so great as we are in the heart of the Palatinate Forest.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.

My place is close to Trifels Castle at Annweiler, just 15 minutes from Landau. You'll love my place because of the surroundings (Palatine Forest) and the view. My place is good for couples, families with kids, and groups, max. 6 people. Trifels Castle near Annweiler is a climbing paradise and ideal for cultural enthusiasts.
