This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Besides this it's also a perfect apartment for couples on a working holiday, because of the two separate work places, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Relax in the beautiful Papenveer! Nearby are numerous hiking, cycling and boating routes along fields and lakes. Bring your bike or inquire about the possibilities! The cottage has its own entrance with parking space. You will stay on our property, but due to a separation, you will enjoy complete privacy. There is one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, sitting area with smartTV and a kitchenette with faucet and coffee/tea facilities. A separate stove is available. Parties are not allowed.

Walking distance to cozy downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, shops and wedding venue Buitenplaats Sparrendaal. 3-minute walk to nearest supermarket. You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

The house is located right across from the Loonse Duinen National Park on a dead-end road, you only have to cross and you are on the hiking trails of the dunes as well as the mountain bike routes. Just 10 minutes away by bike is the amusement park De Efteling. Beekse Bergen Beach Park/Safari Park is 16 km away. De Biesbosch National Park is 50 km away. Whirlpool is available all year round for a small additional fee.

Enjoy the wonderful view of the river Meuse. Use your own jetty to enjoy boating or fishing, there is also a boat ramp next to the chalet to launch your own boat. This chalet has every comfort. Bathroom with spacious shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Originally built in 1778 as a fortified farmhouse and completely rebuilt as a mayor's house around 1980. Open plan living room with mezzanine and fireplace.
