Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

Guest Suite in Brooklyn

A self contained studio room on the bottom floor of our home with a private entrance and self checkin Off road parking is available. We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

The entire apartment is for guest use only. This is a very sunny space in Wellington's premier suburb - Karori. You can enjoy the relaxing sound of a flowing stream and tranquil bush setting surrounded by mountain bike park and walks yet just 15 minutes from the heart of the city. This apartment is separated from the main house, so you will have a complete autonomy. Bus service is very convenient and frequent and there is off-street parking available as well :)

Enjoy your stay in Wellington at this cozy, comfortable unit complete with everything you need in a home-away-from-home. Perched on Melrose hill, this self-contained unit is in a great location in between Wellington Airport and the city, and provides fantastic views overlooking Lyall Bay, and the Airport. Please note we (owners of the property) live on the top floor, above this unit. The unit is up 35 steps from the street, with no accessible access.
