You have top level of my house to yourself, bathroom shower, toilet; lounge area, double bedroom, queen size very comfortable bed, door to patio. Sunny, expansive views! 10 mins walk to train; 10-15 mins drive to Wellington Ferries, Sky Stadium, City Centre. Parking area at front door, large enough for camper van/2 cars. NO TV upstairs. My Guidebooks show where to see & where to eat.

We have one large room with a double bed and a fold out couch (suitable for children) and one single bed room, both upstairs, as part of our house. Please note that the bathroom is downstairs. I can cook a vegetarian dinner using the fresh vegetables from my organic garden ($20 per person extra, $5 per child under 10), considering all dietary requirements. Breakfast with Swiss style Muesli and home made bread is included the booking price.

This is our master-bedroom with great views over the south coats. It comes with a queen size bed. It is not an en-suite but there is a bathroom/toilet downstairs and guest toilet upstairs. The house is a two-story building, we have a fairly large deck and an open plan kitchen... We are around 4 km from Wellington CBD. We don't provide a cooked breakfast, but we do offer breakfast material that you can help yourself.
