With a comfy double bed and steep stairs, it’s private and quiet - brilliant on a sunny day, cosy in a storm. There's a fantastic cafe around the corner; shops are 10 minutes’ walk away. The main Island Bay bus stop is nearby with regular buses. It's a 9 minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Wellington. Small dogs on request.

You have exclusive use of the space, and you can walk to almost any place in Wellington, with many food options within a 15-minute stroll. Museums, movies, waterfront and wildlife are all easily accessible. Check-in is by appointment only, and self check-in is not available. If that's important please don't book.
