Holiday rentals with a patio in Wellington City

Marykate was an excellent host. We arrived early and she went out of her way to meet us and make sure we were comfortable. The place is very cool and very clean. Right in the thick of restaurants and everything we wanted and needed to do in Wellington. We went for a graduation and could not have had a better location. Had a fabulous time!

What a perfect spot. So central yet quiet and beautifully fitted out. The little touches like bathrobes, marshmallows for the hot chocolate and a bikkie for a cuppa were lovely. The added discovery of a cool whiskey bar downstairs (not that you would have known!) was a treat. Would definitely recommend.

Petone Haven is a lovely house with a garden which gets sunshine until early evening. So close to the main street, it was very quiet. Close as well to the beach and shore. Lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby. The house was contemporary, clean, had extra towels and bedding: we had everything we needed. We will stay again as we loved it there!

Fabulous studio, we stayed three nights and enjoyed the peaceful location. Lovely and warm. Close to the city, just a quick drive into town. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Siobhan's place as a beautiful space to relax and enjoy. Stunning views, all the comforts of home, and more. The well-equipped kitchen, but you are surrounded by fabulous eateries, so you will only need to use the dual oven/microwave to heat up leftovers. The bed and linen give you a quality sleep to embrace your day ahead.

We needed a place to crash for a single night before visiting Weta and flying out of the airport, and Marks place was perfect for that.

The accommodation was spacious, walking distance to Sky Stadium and to the city centre, the beds were very comfortable and the place was clean.

We had a wonderful weekend with family, staying at Julie’s house. There were 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with great views. Everything was really clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and we had lots of instructions. Julie communicated well before our check in. Parking directly opposite was a bonus. For anyone with mobility issues, just be aware that there are steps up to the entrance, and living / sleeping is on 2 floors.

Jeremy’s place was nice and peaceful easy to find. Cosy and had everything we needed. Rooms were immaculately clean and house was nice and warm. Quiet neighbourhood and close to the beach. Good views from the house. Jeremy always responded to our messages and was very helpful. Close to Wellington city and airport. We would definitely come back and stay in his beautiful home. Great place to stay, was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Good location - quiet neighborhood and a short drive into CBD.

Amazing home, spotlessly clean and perfect for our weekend getaway with the family! Our 4 year old loved the backyard area with the trampoline and pirate ship sandpit. The home was beautifully warm and private - would absolutely stay again!

This was a lovely quiet home away from home. Beautiful views and warm and cozy on those cold windy Wellington nights. We had all the amenities we needed and the location was very convenient for all our needs. Public transport is just a short walk away making it so easy to get around. We wanted somewhere out of the city hustle bustle but convenient enough to be able to go to the city centre if we wanted. Thank you our stay was great and I highly recommend this property.

Wow, what an amazing stay! We booked this place for a family gathering and it was perfect. The home was incredibly tidy, spacious and truly a home away from home. Everything was just as described, and the space easily accommodated our group. 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept spot around Wellington. We’d definitely love to book again.

We really enjoyed our stay, right at the top of the hill with a bit of a winding steep road - it was lovely and quiet with a stunning view, the beds and pillows were the best and comfiest we have ever had at an Airbnb!! The place had everything we needed for our short stay and looked just like the photos. Emma very kindly allowed us to have an earlier check in time so we could drop off our luggage and go explore Wellington. The only thing we would suggest is bring warm slippers in winter because the bathroom floor is freezing! The upstairs has a heat pump and the bedrooms have heaters so kept us cosy. We would definitely recommend this place to others and stay there again next time. Thank you Emma!

Perfect apartment to stay at in Wellington. Everything was as per the booking description etc.

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

This apartment was amazing & met my expectations & more The views were incredible Easy beautiful walk along the waterfront to restaurants & bars but if you choose to Uber then it was only $9 Easy self check in with lockbox We managed to get a free Carpark outside the apartment block so no problems there . Thank you Craig , hopefully we will be back soon

This is a great place to stay, great location. The apartment was very well cleaned and loved how the kitchen had extra bits.
