The garden house is located in the middle of our 2000m2 garden. At the edge of the garden you will find the sauna and hot tub that overlook the meadows. We live a large part of the garden here, and are happy to share the wealth of the outdoors with others.

The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

Plenty of sunny and shady spots in the garden and private parking for 3 cars. From this beautiful location, there are plenty of cycling and walking routes, and it's a 10-minute walk to the village and the woods. You're also very welcome to sit in the vineyard. Bijzonder smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De omgeving is magisch: midden in het bos, op een perceel van 4ha, tussen de reen, wild zwijnen, eekhoorns en een groot aantal vogels. Het is een fantastische ervaring om temidden van een concert van vogels je eigen stukje bos te verkennen en op te gaan in de natuur.

Op het park bevindt zich een Grand Café, een speeltuintje en er is een verwarmd buitenzwembad. In de directe omgeving bos, heide , natuurgebied, volop fietsroutes. We maken grondig schoon ; het huisje biedt rust en veel (buiten)ruimte waardoor u veel privacy heeft. Het is geschikt voor een hond, een kind en is ook geschikt om rustig te kunnen werken.

Cozy cottage, close to sand dunes

This unique home was built under architectural design and guidance. Rural location on the edge of forest and sand drift. The Veluwemeer is within cycling distance. Culture and culinary experiences are plentiful in the area. Downstairs, everything is on the ground floor. People with physical disabilities are also welcome. (Help from the host, is possible based on availability. He is a nurse) Pets are not allowed (except for service dogs). No parties! No smoking in the house.

Beautiful Airbnb in a rural area in the Veluwe. This lovely private cottage is located next to the owner's house. So you have the kingdom to yourself. There is space for two adults in a bedroom overlooking forest. Relax by the stove, listen to the birds and the rustling trees. The bookcase is full of books and games. There is plenty to do in the lovely Voorthuizen, so in addition to peace and quiet, there is plenty of entertainment to be found in the area.

The cozy garden shed offers a pleasant and cozy stay for two persons (possibly cot+chair available). It has a bathroom with a cozy bathtub and romantic bedstead (1.40x2.00m). From the sofa bed you have a nice fire view of the wood stove. The cottage is quietly located and is located in the middle of the meadows lined by trees. Due to its location, it is a nice place to relax and it is a pleasant base from which to explore the Veluwe. No WiFi available.

Aan de rand van de Veluwe ligt verscholen tussen de bomen een charmante cottage. Wordt wakker van fluitende vogels met uitzicht over het land. Heerlijk ontspannen in de barrelsauna (10€) of hottub (25€) onder de sterrenhemel. Of gezellig borrelen in de finse kota. In de landelijke omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen of fietsen op de vrolijke tandems. In de buurt zijn ook mtb routes. 2 pers. bed in de slaapkamer, 2 pers. slaapbank in de woonkamer.
