Welcome to the beautiful wine village of Großkarlbach and to our small guest apartment. Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Within walking distance are restaurants, wine bars and many wineries and culturally Großkarlbach also offers a nice program, such as the Long Night of Jazz. Families with children are very welcome.

The apartment is located on the edge of the vineyards overlooking the Michelberg and in the immediate vicinity of the saltworks in the beautiful climatic health resort of Bad Dürkheim. Both the city center, the spa gardens and direct access to the vineyards are a few minutes' walk away. The small Schwarzfabrik is ideally suited as a starting point for family activities, hiking and cycling through the vineyards as well as the Palatinate Forest, which offers many refreshment stops.

On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. A real shepherd's wagon awaits you, which offers much more than it did to the shepherd back then. You sleep in a cozy bed, can turn on the stove, enjoy your food and drink at the table and look into the forest. You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.

This charming attic apartment is located in the heart of Deidesheim. You have a wonderful view of the roofs and church towers of Deidesheim. The surrounding vineyards and restaurants are within walking distance. From the starred restaurant to the quaint wine bar, there is something for everyone. Furnished with a mixture of old and new, art and kitsch, the apartment also invites you to a cozy evening at home. In fine weather, you can sit in our green courtyard.

The quiet courtyard location guarantees you a relaxing vacation and the MoD (Mobility on Demand) stop located directly in front of the house takes you safely to all wine locations from Leistadt in the north to Maikammer in the south.

Maria's vacation apartment! Respectful use

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at all important places such as the city center (Römerplatz), the largest wine barrel in the world, saltworks, swimming pool, Wurstmarktplatz and of course the beautiful Palatinate Forest. The apartment is ideally suited for two adults and two children. A travel bed is of course available for our little guests. We are a young family who are always happy to meet nice people.
