The apartment is beautiful and furnished with great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and there was nothing missing. A magnificent view over the Walchensee from the terrace leads directly to relaxation. The host always responded quickly and was extremely friendly in communication. We particularly liked the personalised welcome board.

It was so comfortable and peaceful. She had a very beautiful space for us, and made sure we always have the things we needed. She even took us on a little drive and showed us around the area! It was so lovely!

The whole apartment is an absolute highlight and really perfect for us! Everything was just great! A huge compliment and big thank you to the two for this great apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen super equipped, the check in easy and the all-round balcony simply a dream! The apartment is modern and rustic and traditional - a wonderful combination! Absolutely recommend and would gladly come back!

My stay with Erika was 10 days and I enjoyed the time. I deliberately chose the apartment because it is easy to get to the centre of Pfronten, Nesselwang and Füssen. There is a bus connection nearby, which you can use free of charge with the guest card. The balcony was also important to me, where you can enjoy the sun and a good distant view of the mountains from noon until sunset, at least from the beginning of June. Due to the car parking space directly in front of the apartment, the paths for luggage and shopping to the apartment were quite short. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, even if you want to cook yourself. If it would be important for someone to know, there is no dishwasher, but for me personally, that is not an issue on holiday. The landlords are friendly and open, you always had some time for a nice conversation. I felt very comfortable, and I would be happy to come back on a suitable occasion.

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Dear Christina, Even though we didn't meet in person, I say Thank you for letting me spend my 70th birthday with the family in this beautiful house. They were wonderful days and the weather also played along. So we could enjoy the lake property and conquer the lake. The house left nothing to be desired. It was a pleasure to cook and eat together. Our stay was absolutely flawless. The property is immaculate, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit. Nestled in a stunning location, it serves as a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. We were fortunate to enjoy glorious spring weather, which made relaxing on the lovely patio after a day of sightseeing even more delightful. We wholeheartedly recommend this place—it's a 10/10 experience!

We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed in the accommodation for a week. The rooms are definitely bigger than they look in the pictures. We felt immediately comfortable and often relaxed in the sauna. By car, we were flexible and quickly reached our destinations. We highly recommend the vacation rental for relaxing.

Upon arrival, everything was tiptop and inviting, from the mowed meadow in the beautiful garden to the very well-equipped house. Ms. Linder welcomed us very kindly and guided us through the house. The beds are very good, everyone slept well without exception. Nothing is missing in the kitchen - the cake that awaited us there was very tasty, thank you! Toilets and showers are new and spacious, with underfloor heating. The bedrooms each have doors to the rooms next door, but not much could be heard from there. We were here with children and grandchildren (between 10 months and 10 years), 16 people in total, and we unanimously decided to rent here again next year if possible.

We had a great stay in Egling. The house really left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back and would always recommend the place.

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The location is ideally suited for hikes from the house. We come back to everyday life

We had a wonderful holiday! The apartment is simply great: clean, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. You feel very comfortable right away. The location is also really good. You can reach many places relatively quickly by car and you can also take beautiful walks/hikes from the apartment. Greta is an excellent host, you couldn't ask for a better one. She puts so much effort into everything and takes excellent care of her guests...gives tips, thinks about excursion destinations, hikes, etc. - simply great! THANK YOU!!!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

My mother and I had spent 5 nights in this pearl of apartment in early April. We were totally flashed by this apartment from second 1 - it is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is decorated with so much love for detail. High quality and practical. we were even able to spend a few hours on the sunbeds and have dinner on the terrace. In the evening, you can quietly hear the river ripples before falling asleep in these comfortable beds like a baby. The car is well taken care of in the garage and there was even a piece of felt on the wall that on the driver's side you do not accidentally damage the door when getting out. in the apartment there are helpful tips for things to do/hiking recommendations, instructions for the apartment and restaurant tips. we were eating at 3 of the recommended restaurants - it was a palate. we also had the pleasure of meeting Petra - very likeable. The apartment is ideal for one / two persons. It has everything you need. The staircase to the mezzanine is quite steep. A well-stocked supermarket is just behind the corner. The connection with public transport is ok - you can reach the city of Schwabmünchen in about 20 minutes or you can walk 30 minutes.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily need are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions to the surrounding area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.

David was very quick to respond. He sent pictures of where to park and whenever we had a question he replied immediately.

We thought the accommodation was great, it is very large and it has everything you need. We were able to reach everything quickly by car. There was a small problem with the heating, the host responded very quickly to our messages and someone came to fix the problem. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation.
