We had a very pleasant stay in Grafrath. Simon was extremely kind and helpful, giving several hints about the place and always available whenever we needed a help. I hope we may return to their place in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at “the castle.” The communal kitchen led to a few nice conversations with other guests and the farm store downstairs (with delicious raw milk!) was a total highlight for the kids and us. We’re sure to recommend and will be back!

Maria is a great host, took care of everything, is extremely friendly and has an authentic character. Here you get a beautiful place with good connection to the Spieljochbahn and the large ski area in the Zillertal. We will be happy to come back! Thank you Maria!!!

We all felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is appealing, cozy, lovingly and individually furnished, the kitchen-living room is the heart of the whole. The historic farmhouse is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by forest and meadows, blooming trees, rippling Brünnlein. The feather cattle, the cats walk around the farm and the adjacent meadows. The various different excursion and hiking opportunities are easily accessible by car, but also on foot or by bike, even after what you want to do. Peter is a very friendly and helpful host, had great tips and hints, was always easily accessible. In past reviews, it was stated that certain costs, such as tourist tax, should have been paid. You always have to pay tourist tax in Germany and Austria, whether on Sylt, in the Black Forest or in the Salzburger Land, this is completely normal! All in all it was a lovely week, thank you!

The accommodation is quiet and easy to find. The host responded to questions within a short time and was very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. We immediately felt comfortable at the place. Everything was clean and tidy. Thank you for letting us be with you. We can only recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back!

We came here 3 years ago and liked it so much we chose it for our holiday again this year. The location is perfect. Beautiful mountain views. Peace and quiet. Only a short walk to the thermal spa, and a slightly longer one to the Schlossbrauhaus with its traditional Bavarian food and drink. A very short drive to the Tegelbergbahn cable car. And of course the castles. The accommodation is great. Very characterful and roomy. Ideal for two couples with differing daily routines as the second bedroom and bathroom are quite separate. The communication from Juergen was great and he sorted out a small problem for us very swiftly. Recommended!

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. Check-in was extremely smooth, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. The guest house is slightly uphill, so do keep that in mind if you have any physical constraints—but the stunning view of the city more than makes up for the climb. The area is peaceful and ideal for a relaxing holiday. A departmental store is just a 7–8 minute walk away, and the train station is about 15 minutes on foot. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to explore the region!

We were at a training course in Schliersee. The accommodation was clean and beautifully furnished, everything there. Everything in the immediate vicinity can be easily reached on foot. We had a wonderful time in this great apartment in the middle of beautiful Lermoos. Sitting on the terrace admiring the view of Zugspitze was amazing!!

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

Magdalena’s was a wonderful and welcoming host. The place is large and spacious and has everything that you need. It is also convenient to visit all the wonderful places around Innsbruck. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Very nice, bright apartment with more than everything you need. The host is very friendly and children are very welcome in the yard. Great big fly screens on the balcony and bedroom windows. The kitchen is superbly equipped and the bed very comfortable. We will be back and recommend the apartment without restriction.

This place is great! Clean, spacious and a 10 minute walk to beautiful Lake Starnberg. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right in front of the condo that takes you to the train station. There are grocery stores across the street which is about a 5 minute walk. Great restaurants and shopping around the lake.

We had an incredibly beautiful stay in this lovingly furnished apartment. Everything was thought of – so we found everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom modern and very clean. Fresh flowers on the table immediately gave us a nice feeling, and the terrace on the sunny side is just perfect for enjoying the tranquility. Christoph and Stephanie are very hospitable and have given us great tips for the area – from hikes to restaurant recommendations. The apartment is the ideal starting point for great hikes, for example on the Wank, a trip to the Zugspitze or for a leisurely walk through the village. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and can highly recommend this place. We would come back anytime!

The holiday home was cozy and equipped with all comforts, such as a wonderful bath. The view from the cottage was great and you could enjoy the beautiful mountains in the distance a little further. From the cottage you can take beautiful walks. There are many things to discover in the area. Charlotte is friendly and helpful. We had a really nice time.

The accommodation is perfect for families with children. We got a high chair for the apartment and we borrowed a cart to make it easier to get around with the child. The kitchen is neat and easy to cook for a small group. Really nice host. 😊❤️

Very nice apartment with terrace, modern, tasteful and furnished with love. The view of the mountains is a dream. There was everything you need. The check-in / -out was uncomplicated, everything very modern. The sauna was great and cheap. Overall, everything was high quality. Obermaiselstein is a quiet, beautiful place. Unfortunately, there is no supermarket or bakery. The only way to get to the neighbouring village of Fischen was via a diversion due to a construction site. The restaurants in the village, if open, were very good. The rental price included a guest card, which included unlimited mountain railways, among other things. Unfortunately, due to the season, only 3 mountain railways run in Kleinwalsertal. We had a very nice holiday and felt comfortable at Andreas.

Jenny's apartment was one of the best we've ever had. Amenities were great: there was nothing missing in the kitchen, the sauna bags were packed, the furniture and the bed comfortable and the spacious balcony with seating and awning perfect. Even our dog had "five star amenities". Jenny was friendly, flexible, and quick in everything. This allowed us to check in earlier than planned. We will return.

That was an all-around successful vacation with Lena & Tobi. The place was great, the location beautiful and Lena & Tobi were incredibly great and likeable hosts. The apartment was very tastefully decorated, well equipped and absolutely clean. In particular, however, the hospitality of Lena and Tobi and the matter-of-fact way in which they involved our son in the farm work made this stay unforgettable. In this sense: Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The place was very nice and absolutely clean. Everything was exactly as described. The key handover was super uncomplicated. The terrace with great views was particularly nice. Another plus: your own underground parking space. The hosts were very friendly, easily accessible and had everything well prepared. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this great place until yesterday. It's rare for an apartment to really look as great as the pictures. But this is definitely true here! It is beautiful and big enough for 6 people. It has a small sauna, which we all really liked. The terrace and the view from this one is breathtaking! Of course, the hosts are equally noteworthy. Anna and Rudi are both incredibly friendly and open-minded. The contact with her daughter in advance was just as pleasant. We will definitely visit again!

I visited the apartment at the end of May, and the stay was for only two people, and the space is very suitable for this number. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. My apartment was Michel Top 4. Very clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. It has two glass openings in the ceiling that open with electricity, and the views are very beautiful. Private parking is available. Note: There is no air conditioning or fan, but the atmosphere was nice and we did not need it during our stay. The only drawback is that if you arrive at the apartment at night, it is very difficult to arrive because the streets are dark and scary, and you feel that the area is uninhabited. But in the daytime, the situation is completely different - the place is wonderful, quiet and beautiful. The host was very cooperative and responded quickly. I do not recommend living without a car, because the area of Oetz is small and limited, but it is less than an hour away from Innsbruck. ⸻ Stayed at Michel Top 4 in late May. Perfect for two people — clean, cozy, great views, and well-equipped. No AC or fan, but the weather was nice. Hard to find at night (dark roads), but beautiful during the day. Helpful host. A car is a must in Oetz.

Beautiful home that was very easy to find. Great location with lots around such as walks, amazing restaurants and beautiful scenery. Andrea was very kind and gave a lot of great recommendations! Absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice relaxing stay!
