Man ertrinkt in Restaurants in Fußnähe. Die Wohnung liegt auf dem Gelände eines alten Weinguts. Wenn man aus der Wohnung tritt befindet man sich direkt in dem großen Innenhof, welcher in den warmen Monaten bestuhlt ist und über eine Gentleman Bar verfügt. Im Sommer wird am Wochenende manchmal etwas länger und lauter gefeiert.
