House holiday rentals in Watersound

The home is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located to everything! The house provided plenty of space for my family to easily cook meals and get plenty of rest between adventures. The golf carts and bikes were an added bonus. Customer service was top notch! John and Angela were both very responsive and accommodating and wanted to ensure all was more than handled during our stay. We will for sure book again the next time we plan our trip to the beach!

We loved our stay at Vitamin Sea! Donna was incredibly communicative, helpful, and responsive. Her home is stunning, it’s in a great location, and it was in a quiet area. We arrived from the airport, parked our car, and didn’t drive again until it was time to head back to the airport at the end of our stay. The beach was about an 8-10 minute walk with kiddos and everything else was less than that. There’s a pool right across the street! She had everything we needed for our littles: crib, high chair, plates, utensils, etc. Highly highly recommend staying here!!

The property was perfect for our family's getaway . The house is a spacious 4 bedroom and allowed plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The living and dining area were large and allowed for comfortable times together without being crowded. We had 3 children 9-13 and several sets of older grandparents. The one story was fabulous in being able to accommodate any and all mobilities of our family. The outdoor pool area was fabulous! Our children spent hours in the pool and the large covered area allowed for comfortable places to sit and watch the kids play. One of the best features is the location to the beach. You just have to walk out the front door, and cross the street and you are at a public beach entrance. You can be in the water within 3 minutes. The outdoor shower was perfect to get rid of sand. We loved that it was also on the quieter west end of PCB so not alot of noise and traffic. Overall it was our favorite beach vacation house. Already looking to book again.

My family and I had a great stay, everything was clean perfect layout in the house, perfect amount of toys in the house and for the pool for the kids! It was clean smelled brand new and Josh was SO responsive. We are so grateful- close to rosemary beach and the infamous 30a. 😍❤️

Absolutely love our stay! Things to note: The house is CLEAN which is a huge deal to us. We love the private beach access as well. Always a must have for us. We never had many people on top of us on the beach but just enough people for the kids to meet friends and play! The manager with Sea & Stay is the best communicator of all of the places we have stayed on 30A. Checking on us regularly and making sure everything is perfect for our trip. We will be back to this house again soon!

This is a very nice home for families and groups. The beach, fitness center and tennis courts were just a short walk away and the home is close -but not too close- to town. We used the pool everyday and found the kitchen well equipped. Excellent home for your next family vacation.

It was a wonderful house and great private location. It was so close to the pool. The golf cart was perfect to drive up to get super close to walk across the street down to the beach. It was also fun to take to the chill. The house had all the things we needed and it was so nice that they had saved beach toys, chairs and umbrellas to share for use.

One of the most amazing places we’ve stayed at on the coast! Ivonne was an extremely great host & the stay itself is top tier. The private pool makes the place even better along with a short ride to the beach on the golf cart. Everything went perfect! A must stay at!

The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 small children. The community where it’s located is very lovely, you can walk or bike everywhere. The tram station, which takes you to the beach, is on the corner. You could also walk to the beach, which takes about 15 minutes. The pool is very nice, large, and suitable for all ages. It's very close to the house, just a 5-minute walk. The location of the community is unbeatable, right between Rosemary and Alys. The closest public beach is Inlet Beach. The bikes shown in the photos are not for use with this house, but we rented some in the main square. They provide 3 beach chairs and a cooler but nothing else for the beach (in a beach destination). We had to buy beach towels, an umbrella, etc. The kitchen utensils were sufficient for the stay. Confortable queen bed and a pack and play and a high chair are available. Communication was fast and effective. We would return and would recommend it to another small family or couple.

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Jeb provided great instructions and made us feel welcome. Joshua was very responsive when we had an internet issue and it was solved right away. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at Jason's home in Watersound! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just steps from all the fun at The Big Chill. Being able to walk over for live music, great food, shops and a lively atmosphere was a huge bonus. The easy golf cart rental was a game-changer and made it effortless and honestly so much fun to get to the beach and around the community. This was our first time staying in Watersound, though we’ve visited other areas along 30A like Santa Rosa Beach—and we can confidently say Watersound is now our favorite. The home’s layout worked perfectly for our group, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home and would absolutely return!

Had such a wonderful time to this area for a few days!! The property was beautiful and accessible to local spots and was a very close walk to a fairly quiet and private beach! Stephanie provided several amenities and had the house very clean. This was very nice and quiet neighborhood, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property in the area that is close to the beach and with a private pool!

We loved our stay at Barefoot Paradise. The house was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The hosts were very responsive with some small issues around the house. It's a short walk (a block or two) to the Big Chill, which has great dining options, and we loved the coffee shop!! We would absolutely stay here again!

Afternoon Nap was the perfect base for our family beach vacation and Bryan was an accommodating host. Easily walkable to the beach, and the pool was great for when you’re ready to get out of the sand.

This is the best AirBnB we have ever stayed at! The location was a 10/10, the house was beautiful and spacious, and the host thought of everything. There was a well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, hangers in the closet, beach towels, and more. We felt right at home during our stay, and would definitely book with Laura again. The house was so clean when we arrived, which was much appreciated. The neighborhood is amazing, quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking to get coffee in the morning at the coffee shop in the front of the neighborhood, or visiting Blue Mountain Creamery after dinner. Truly a gem!

The house couldn’t have been more perfect for my sweet little family to celebrate their first week out of school and kicking off the summer fun! Christina was super quick to respond when needed- the pool was the perfect size and the beach was just an easy walk straight down the street, so thankful for the beach wagon that came with the house to tote all the things! We will most definitely be back-

The pool was absolutely fantastic, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Everything was super clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable—it felt like a true home away from home. The host was very communicative and made everything seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and stylish getaway!

If you’re considering this place, just go ahead and book it already. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive, the location is great, extremely private but still in the middle of the action. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos, and it’s complete with all the amenities you need to have an incredible stay. Even the boardwalk to the beach is actually 260 steps away from the front lawn like the sign say. Yes, I counted. We will definitely be back. Thank you Dana and Mario for making our trip extraordinary.

We chose this Airbnb based mostly on the review comments, which were all so favorable. It was a very good decision. Everything about the house and the communication with Linh was excellent, including: nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, clean, refrigerator with icemaker outside of door, screened porch, etc. We particularly appreciated two things: 1) the items kept in the garage (lots of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, kids play toys) and the helpful and prompt communication from Linh. Overall, it was an outstanding choice.

Its a great location as you can walk to the pool or arcade if you're with the kids. And there is options to eat and drink nearby also. The unit was beautiful and wonderful to make meals with the family as if you were at home if you wanted to stay in.

Beautiful water view and the perfect amount of space for my husband and me for the week. We loved having nightly drinks on the deck overlooking the bay.
