Westcountry house, hot tub, & outdoor heated pool

On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

This charming converted Tea Warehouse offers a one bed ground floor apartment perfect to enjoy the attractions of the area. Enjoy a private entry self-contained space. Inside you'll find a cosy lounge room with king size bed, sofa and arm chairs. There’s a Smart TV and fireplace for a homely feel. Tucked away on a peaceful country lane at the edge of the quaint hamlet of Lurley. Despite its secluded charm, we are just west of the vibrant market town of Tiverton, providing the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. We create a true home-away-from-home experience. And for those traveling with furry companions—you’ll find we’re a truly dog-friendly haven.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

'The Granary' in glorious Devon countryside

Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

A traditional butchers, fabulous fruit and veg shop, dehli and convenience stores are very close by. There are also a few other interesting shops. This historic Charter Town lies in mid Devon near the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with a 'Walkers Are Welcome' status. Easy access to both North and South coasts.
