Welcome to the cosy and spacious ground-floor apartment of our 100-year-old urban farm in the city of Groningen! Living room, kitchen-dining area, study, bedroom and bathroom for personal use. A sunny side garden overlooking the Hoendiep and the historic Hoogkerk harbour, all to yourself. Bed linen, table linen, kitchen towels and more are all provided in the house. Two Supermarkets within walking distance. Want to go into the city centre? That's a 15-minute bike ride or a 12-minute ride on the bus that leaves from around the corner.

This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. This is where Giethoorn originated, and the oldest cottages line the path. No crowds of tourists. (They're in Giethoorn Zuid.) Here, you can still enjoy the wonderful tranquillity and beauty of the historic village of Giethoorn. Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.

The spacious luxury house is right in the center on the canal, near the woods and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The house has a spacious bathroom, an outdoor Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, floor heating, pellet stove, air conditioning. The house has two spacious bedrooms with box spring beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, such as dishwasher and combi oven. Nearby, there is plenty to do.

It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.
