The spacious living with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km away from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-pers. Since April 2022, we have been offering this characteristic home in Warffum. Take a step back and enjoy the still undiscovered wide Groninger Hogeland. The house is located directly next to the medieval church on the largest wierde of the Netherlands. Many beautiful authentic villages in the area , the infinite polders and the bird(spot)rich salt marshes of the Wadden Sea can be admired within cycling distance. A visit to the city of Groningen and islands Schiermonnikoog and Borkum is also worthwhile!

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

Tineke is a spontaneous and nice host. She responds quickly and thinks along with possibilities. The accommodation is neatly furnished and everything is available to stay for a few days. It is located in a quiet area surrounded by meadows. The bathroom is nicely decorated with a beautiful sustainable toilet. Finally, the bed is comfortable and there is plenty of space for two people and a child. All in all, a nice stay!

It was a good stay at Inez's place! Nice cottage, more fun than in the photos. Nice bed, nice kitchen with everything you need. In the middle of the meadows and within walking distance a mini village. Had a delicious breakfast on request and even got delicious oliebollen from Inez on New Year's Eve! Highly recommendable :)

The three of us stayed in Esther's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything - dishes, etc., are available in sufficient quantity and quality. There's really nothing missing. For the first day and breakfast the fridge was stocked! We were welcomed with chilled sparkling wine. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen-living room, which is the center of the apartment. The apartment is located in the old town of Appingedam, a very nice place and a good starting point for trips to Groningen or Leeuwarden. Highly recommend both. We highly recommend this property and Esther as a landlady.
