Die Ferienwohnung „Lüttje Bernstein“ im Haus Mellum gegenüber dem Alten Leuchtturm ist eine Wohnung für 2-3 Personen. Sie ist mit viel Herzblut und Individualität eingerichtet. Im Jahr 2021 wurde sie komplett saniert mit Landhausdielen, eine neue Einbauküche und hochwertige Möbel. Dabei wurden die charmanten Fliesen im Tageslichtbad aus den Siebzigern gekonnt kombiniert mit neuen sanitären Elementen und einer stylischen Tapete. Dieses Einraum-Apartment befindet sich im 1OG einer kleinen Anlage.

Abendsonne vacation apartment - Right on the beach

Unsere Ferienwohnung Abendsonne liegt ebenerdig direkt am Strand auf der wunderschönen autofreien Nordseeinsel Wangerooge. Die Nichtraucherwohnung ist 26 qm groß und ist perfekt für 2 Personen geeignet. Hunde sind willkommen. Sie hat einen gemütlichen Wohn-/Schlafraum mit einer bequemen Schlafcouch und dem Zugang zum windgeschützten Südbalkon. Die Küche ist separat. Im Tageslichtbad findet ihr eine Dusche mit tiefem Einstieg. Gerne nutzt die hauseigene kostenpflichtige Sauna und den Indoorpool.

Das Dünenschlößchen ist direkt an der Oberen Strandpromenade am Strand von Wangerooge. Die Gastronomie, Geschäfte und ein schöner Golfplatz sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung muss derzeit von unseren Gästen am Abreisetag selbst gereinigt werden womit die Reinigungskosten unserer Ferienwohnung von 140 EURO entfällt und nur die Reinigungsgebühr für Bettwäsche und Handtücher von 45 EURO unter "Gebühr für Bettwäsche" berechnet werden (Information unter "zusätzliche Regeln").

The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person just above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen is used to prepare Frisian delicacies. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

Our apartment, completed in June 2017, is bright and friendly in Nordic style. On the first floor there is an open living and dining area with a fitted kitchen, access to the balcony and stairs to the second bedroom, as well as the shower room, a bedroom with a double bed and the utility room with a washing machine and dryer. In the attic there is a bedroom with two single beds. The apartment has Wi-Fi, a handcart and sand toys.
