Unser Ferienhaus ist ein ehemaliges Bauernhaus aus den 50er Jahren und befindet sich auf einem von insgesamt 16 Höfen in der Siedlung Sallenbusch; eingebettet in sanfte Hügel, auf denen – je nach Jahres Raps und Sonnenblumen blühen, oder Mais und Getreide im Wind wiegen. Hier, im wunderschönen Kraichgau – befindet man sich in der „Toskana“ Deutschlands. Mittendrin im Idyll: Unser 150 m2 großes, renovierten Haus mit Retro-Charme, in dem reichlich Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und ein Kleinkind ist.

Es gibt einen offenen Wohn-und Essbereich mit Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem idyllischen kleinem Ort mit wunderschönen Spazierwegen, Weinbergen und dem Aalkistensee die man fußläufig erreichen kann. Auch die Bushaltestelle, ein Bahnhof, Bäcker und kleine Hofläden sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation on the 3rd floor of our ecological wooden house. All rooms are generously proportioned and convey a feeling of open space thanks to the high ceilings. In the bathroom there is a large bathtub next to the shower. There is also a washing machine. On the large south-facing balcony, you can relax wonderfully in the shade of the walnut tree. In the living room there is a cozy sofa and a 55-inch TV with its own Netflix access.

Privacy is also particularly appreciated, as both the pool and sauna and garden are available for exclusive use. The pool can be used all year round, but is not heated. A hot tub is not available.
