Our apartment is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu near the city of Immenstadt. It is furnished in a modern Alpine style with wonderful views of the Allgäu mountains. In both summer and winter, its location makes it the best starting point for numerous activities in the entire Allgäu region. Many bike paths, beautiful hiking and skiing areas, magnificent lakes and of course our wonderful mountains offer a great platform for sports activities. Bike tours and hikes are possible directly from the front door.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

In a quiet location, surrounded by lush meadows, forests and the beautiful Niedersonthofener See, you can experience life on an organic farmer's farm. The farmhouse is about 230 years old and offers space for 2-4 people in very cozy and traditionally furnished apartments. On the playground (swing, slide, seesaw, sandbox) as well as in the play city, children have wonderful opportunities to romp. In front of the door, hiking trails and Lake Baee invite you to activity or recreation.

Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many attractions. e.g.: to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Great as stop Over. The airports Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich, Zurich are well connected to public transport.
