Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage im südlichen Vorort von Kempten. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen (maximal 4 Personen) und wurde mit Liebe und Sorgfalt neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Gartengeschoss und hat einen eigenen Eingang und eine große Terrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Kleinkinder kosten bei uns 5 € pro Nacht. Diese Gebühr wird bei einer Buchung zusätzlich fällig und von uns durch Änderung der Buchung berechnet.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. The room has a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely stored in the basement. A car parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
