Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage im südlichen Vorort von Kempten. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen (maximal 4 Personen) und wurde mit Liebe und Sorgfalt neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Gartengeschoss und hat einen eigenen Eingang und eine große Terrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch Kleinkinder kosten bei uns 5 € pro Nacht. Diese Gebühr wird bei einer Buchung zusätzlich fällig und von uns durch Änderung der Buchung berechnet.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. Lakes, hiking trails (including Jacobsweg), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.

Our 19 sqm guest room is rented above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The room has a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely stored in the basement. A car parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
