It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 10 euros per day.

The apartment was renovated in 2019. It has a separate bedroom and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. There are endless leisure opportunities here:-) We are happy to inform our guests on site. Right next door is a golf course, in winter there is a cross-country ski trail and a winter hiking trail. Lakes, hiking trails (including Jacobsweg), great bike trails and various ski slopes are not far away. Boredom doesn't come up!! Looking forward to seeing you soon!! 🌻

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the southern suburb of Kempten. Our apartment can accommodate 2 – 4 people and has been newly renovated and furnished with love and care. The apartment is located on the garden level and has its own entrance and a large terrace. Close to shopping. Even toddlers cost €5 per night. This fee is due in addition when booking and will be charged by us by changing the booking.
