We needed somewhere to stay at very short notice and were very happy to find Nolicia's place. It was clean with comfortable beds and the area was very quiet. It was well located for us too. We would certainly stay again when visiting family in Wolverhampton.

A lovely house with plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal for accessing all the attractions we wanted to visit. Nice bonus having a park with a playground nextdoor and the kids were particularly taken with having beanbags in the rooms! Mya was a responsive host and quick to respond to our queries ahead of our visit.

Comparing to previous Airbnb's that ive stayed in, i would say this has by far been the best. Ilsa communicated well and understands the guests needs. House is well maintained and consideration of what a guest may need. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. Julie and family

Absolutely beautiful place and stunning grounds - I’d say it’s even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was the perfect place for the 10 family members to gather for a birthday. Maggie was so helpful and allowed us to check in a little earlier! We drove 5/10 mins down the road to some local walks to see the stunning countryside. We highly recommend driving down the road to The Bakery at Hampton Manor as it has absolutely incredible pastries for breakfast! Also highly recommend the Barn @ Berryfields which is also just down the road and has probably the best Sunday roasts we’ve ever had! Overall beautiful home on stunning grounds!

First of all, Ibon is the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He is genuinely caring and always attentive to the needs of his guests. Secondly, the house is beautifully located—it's surrounded by nature, and it feels like it's in the middle of a park. From the bedroom, you can enjoy calming views of greenery and blooming trees. There’s also a large, beautiful garden that adds to the charm of the place. It’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Badgers Rest for a combination of big family birthdays - 6 adults and 4 children. We’d been looking forward to it for a long time and it did not disappoint: lots of space for the adults and children to enjoy indoors and outdoors. We had everything we needed and enjoyed spending quality family time together as we could just get on with relaxing! Hot tub was a bonus and the birthday people were spoilt by having the garden room decorated for them. The welcome basket was much appreciated. The house was near a busy road which we knew before and the cars did not keep us awake at night so it was no problem at all 😊 Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend The Pool house! Thanks to Geoff and Alan!

Beautiful stay at Sara’s accommodation. Spotlessly clean, so comfortable and homely. We are already planning our next stay! We dropped on luck with our weekend as there was beautiful sunshine with a gorgeous view from the garden area / view from kitchen. We absolutely loved the four legged friends (Tassie, Raz & Ginny!) The barn conversion was brilliant for a little get away with my wife and daughter. The Spa had wonderful views. Pool was a good temprature concidering the cold weather. Great to jump in the hot tub and sauna after. Great nights sleep with everything you need for a lovely stay. We both had a massage aswell which was absolutely brilliant. We will definatly come again.

Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! We had a great stay in Moreton - a family of 4 plus dog staying for a few days whilst visiting relatives nearby. Our dog was made very welcome, the girls loved the hot tub and everything was clean, comfortable and easy to use. Note also that there is a new shower fitted, so we had no issues with water pressure as mentioned in some earlier reviews. It is off the beaten track, but as a result is scenic and peaceful, so we liked it that way! Thanks very much, will visit again.

What a great location, easy walks up to the hills and trails around Hagley. Top tip: Nimmings cafe at the north end of the Clent Hills run by the National Trust; best bacon sandwich in the Black Country! Can't wait to stay again soon!

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

The accommodation was exactly as advertised and was spotlessly clean and fresh. John came to see me to see if there was anything he could help me with. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay very relaxing exactly what we needed. Great walks short and long with our old boy spaniel. Local pubs/shops/chippy are brilliant. Esther & John are great hosts. Place is amazing, highly recommended. Would love to return.

This is a beautiful, peaceful location., which also benefits from good road connections nearby to all local tourist spots such as Severn Valley Railway , West Midlands Safari Park etc. The accommodation was extremely clean and tidy in all areas. The bed and bedding were of a high standard, and the mattress was very comfortable. The hosts live in another building on the land. They were very friendly and helpful with check-in and also provided me with fresh eggs from their own hens. I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone else.

We booked The Coach House for a 40th birthday surprise - it was superb! The perfect ‘home from home.’ The host Robert was a great communicator from the start of the booking process to the end, and even left a couple of welcome gifts on arrival for us. The house itself and the outside area with its hot tub and bar area was perfect for our group of 9 to enjoy a few drinks and some music on the evening. The next day, we took a stroll into the lovely town and visited a couple of the nearby pubs and shops. Overall our stay here was exactly what we wanted- relaxed, fun, private and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a couple of quiet nights away in the countryside, friends, families or for special celebrations. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).
