really lovely home. great location. it was great to have a few breakfast starters. there was every thing we needed for breakfast for the first day. we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location on a farm - we could see horses / foal/ highland cows / sheep from the property. There was a bit of noise from aeroplanes given the proximity to the airport, but I can’t say I noticed it particularly and it certainly didn’t affect sleep. The kitchen is large but given the house’s size / no of guests it would benefit from a second dishwasher and fridge rather than so many empty cupboards. We spent a lot of time washing up! The games room was great and the 8 kids aged between 6-13 were well entertained and loved having a separate hang out space. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The blinds were more like privacy office blinds and did very little to keep out light - I woke up at 4:30am as a result! The curtains in the room were made of sheer chiffon so merely decorative. Proper curtains would have been welcome, so I would advise taking an eye mask in the summer. The property was well maintained and spacious & our group had a brilliant stay.

A fantastic property in a great location. It was peaceful and private, and made for a relaxing and enjoyable break. Great facilities with everything you need, and a lovely garden to relax in too! Sam was an excellent host. He was responsive and provided clear instructions and helpful recommendations ahead of my stay. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It looks exactly like the photos—beautifully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer (though we didn’t get a chance to use them). The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well each night. The gated parking was a huge plus and made things very convenient. Communication with our host, Adam, was excellent. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. The check-in instructions—with clear photos and a helpful video—made everything super easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place—we’d happily stay here again!

STUNNING! We stay at various locations and lots of Air B n Bs throughout the UK for work however I have to say this gorgeous home trumps them all. It is quaint, cosy and so so homely. We stayed at Sinead's place for a week whilst we were working locally and totally fell in love with the house. Sinead has clearly gone to a lot of time to add those finishing little touches that takes it to the next level in terms of attention to detail and homeliness. The house had some beautiful features for a house of that age and it has so much character and charm. We felt safe, secure and right at home throughout the week stay. From the welcome hamper in the kitchen, to the box of travel essentials in the bathroom it was just fabulous. Sinead communicated fantastically throughout and we felt really looked after, she is a great host and we would certainly recommend staying here to anyone. 5 stars and more!!!

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

What an amazing little getaway! Had so much fun paddling and swimming in the lake, was amazing to have a full kitchen attached to the dome. The hottub was spotless and tucked away. Didn't find time to explore the farm but looked like lots of walking opportunities around. A good excuse to come back! Thanks for a great stay.

Put short, we didn't want to leave. It was fantastic from start to finish, Hayley was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had some fantastic treatments while staying, and fully made use of the amenities. Such a wonderful location, can't wait to hopefully return.

We had a wonderful weekend here. Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous, tranquil setting with superb hosts, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of everything from a welcome bottle of wine and sweet treats to robes, sliders and even treats for the dog! Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, lovely pool and hot tub. We will definitely return. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation in quiet and peaceful surroundings this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful stay at The Shippen. The property was perfectly located for a peaceful few days away from busy life but had amenities close by. We had access to the great pool and a private hot tub that the kids loved. I would definitely recommend The Shippen for families looking for a getaway that has lovely surroundings and accommodation that has everything you need, including games and activities for entertainment. Thank you Sara and Phil for having us, we loved our stay.

Me and my partner went with the dog, we had one of the best times in this spot, really relaxing to be at the pod and then travelling around the villages was lots of fun. Was always nice to come back to the lovely pod! The kitchen had everything you needed as well

Outstanding in every way. This cottage is worth more than 5* it simply cannot be beat. We have been to a lot of nice properties but Richard and Jo have made this property and their 16 acre land simply beautiful. Very nice people as well.

This place really is an idyll! I was there with family for four nights and we had so much fun with the croquet, tennis, swimming, and the barbecue. The house is even bigger than it comes across from the description! There are several sitting rooms and lots of bathrooms. It felt very luxurious to have pool towels as well as those provided in the bathrooms. The garden is also beautiful, and we were surrounded by birdsong and swooping swallows. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect place for what we needed for a couple of days, near to the NEC. Peaceful surroundings (obviously excluding the airplanes taking off from the airport). Clean and tidy. Good facilities.

Luca's place was exactly what I needed for my business trip nearby - the place is spotless, modern and neatly presented. Check-in is simple if you follow the instructions. However, the walk from the front door to my car was slightly tedious if you're like me and carry many bags/equipment for work/holiday but all in all a great experience

I stayed here for around 40 days and honestly, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts are incredibly responsive and kind — they replied to any queries I had almost instantly, and were sweet enough to accommodate a late checkout when I requested it. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures: cosy, clean, and very inviting. The pantry was well stocked with essentials (and more), which made cooking easy and convenient. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I felt genuinely spoilt! The Wi-Fi is fast, everything is well maintained, and the location is perfect — just a 7–8 minute bus ride to Bullring. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

The loveliest stay at a beautiful cottage. We slept well, enjoyed the comforts the cottage provided us and wished we could stay longer to explore the area.

A really great location! The apartment was as described and communicating with the host was very easy. We extended our stay after just one night at Massuh's place. I especially liked that the apartment was very clean and tidy. The location is central to most amenities such shops, restaurants and transport hubs. We would definitely stay here again.
