Our lovingly developed attic apartment in a 16th century farmhouse is quietly and centrally located. You can relax on long walks in beautiful forests or on the idyllic banks of the Rhine with its numerous swimming spots. In 5 minutes you can walk to restaurants, supermarkets, swimming pool and train station. Jestetten is the ideal starting point for excursion destinations such as the Black Forest, Lake Constance/Constance, Zurich and the Alps. Trains to Zurich and Schaffhausen run every half hour.

Nearby getaways: Rheinfall Schaffhausen (25 min.), Wutachschlucht (30 min.), Zurich Airport (40 min.), old town Waldshut (20 min.).

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Inmitten von Feldern und Wäldern auf den Höhen des Schwarzwalds, in einem sehr ruhigen Tal an einem kleinen Bergbach in der Nähe des Feldbergs liegt idyllisch unser liebevoll eingerichtetes altes Haus mit freien, weiten Blicken in die Natur. In der Nähe Schigebiet Feldberg, Bademöglichkeiten Schluchsee, Titisee und Windgfällweiher. Wander- und Mountainbike Gebiet.

From each room you can directly access a balcony overlooking the beautiful nature. Hiking trails start right by the house.

The attic loft apartment (built in 2018) is located in a farmhouse with horses and is ideal for guests (individual or a couple) looking for peace and relaxation who only want to cater for themselves to a limited extent (breakfast). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.

The apartment with separate entrance is located in the lower part of my beautiful farmhouse. It is perfectly located, only a 5-minute walk from the Rhine, 20 minutes by car from Zurich Airport or 30 minutes by car from Zurich Central Station. The nearest S-Bahn station can be reached in 20 minutes on foot. The apartment is perfect for nature-loving singles and couples. Swimming fun in the Rhine is guaranteed in summer.

Vacation home in the center of Bonndorf

The apartment on the first floor is located in a former farmhouse and has been completely newly furnished. It is suitable for 2 - 3 people. The house has a large garden with various seats for shared use, as well as a garage in the house. In the surrounding area there are shops for everyday needs. The city park (Japanese garden) next to the outdoor pool is a 5-minute walk away.

Die etwa 120 m2 große Wohnung mit unendlich hohen Decken befindet sich im 1 OG eines liebevoll gepflegten Einfamilienhauses in 200m Entfernung vom Rhein. Ein Parkplatz fürs Auto, Ladestation fürs E-Bike oder Abstellmöglichkeit fürs Fahrrad ist ebenso vorhanden vor dem Haus.

The Hierholzer pond is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with large roof overhang, conservatory and balcony facing the pond provides 65 m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched.
