Our bright 3-room attic apartment is located in a rural area, but offers several shopping opportunities within a 2-5 min walk. The Swiss border is only a 5 min drive from the apartment. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms and a large living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment has its own balcony as well as a beautiful view from the skylight. Included are free parking, a washing machine and fast internet. Furthermore we offer our guests free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+!

The apartment is on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, newly renovated and modernly equipped. Excellently located, between the Black Forest, Lake Constance and Alb. Ideal for 2 people. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

Paare, Alleinreisende, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). sie beinhaltet ein Schlafzimmer mit eingebautem Doppelbett (Größe 1.60 x 1.85), sowie im Wohnbereich ein ausziehbares Sofabett (1.60 x 2.00). Für Paare (Doppelbett) und Einzelpersonen. Gesonderter Eingang über eine Aussentreppe (15 Stufen). Das Zimmer ist aufgrund zweier Panorama-Dachfenster und einer Glastür schön hell.
