The 2-room apartment is equipped with everything (washing machine, Wi-Fi...) needed for a cozy stay. It is located on a quiet side street in Alt-Neckarau. From the health food store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office... everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you can reach the Rhine or lake in 10 minutes. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.) or line 7 (15 min.) travel time 14 minutes. Bus line/Neckarau train station (7-minute walk).

Our beautiful, spacious 3-room apartment (not a 5-star hotel) is in a quiet residential area with village charm. Within walking distance of 15 minutes from the Rhine, the local recreation area "Blaue Adria" is about 2 km away and can be reached ideally by bicycle. Directly along the Rhine are beautiful bike paths towards Speyer or Ludwigshafen and a ferry runs every 15 minutes to Mannheim (Mon-Sun 5:30 am - 10:00 pm). Approximately 300 meters away are a supermarket, bakery with café and an ice cream café.

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

The Altstadt-Heusel-Loft is a stylish one-room attic apartment, with its own roof terrace, luxurious kitchenette and air conditioning. In the kitchen-living room is the sofa bed with topper, on which one to two guests can sleep comfortably. The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a double sink and large shower and a washing machine. Our loft is on the second floor and is only accessible via a staircase that we share.

Around Waldsee there are numerous swimming opportunities, bike and walking trails. Historic cities such as Speyer, Worms and Heidelberg can be reached within 30 minutes by car. The Palatinate Forest and the Wine Route are further excursion options.

Du wirst unsere Unterkunft lieben wegen - der guten Ausstattung - des sehr schnellen Internets - des Smart-TVs - der ruhigen Lage - der Fahrräder, die gratis zur Verfügung stehen!

The new kitchen is integrated into the living room (see also pictures) and equipped with everything you need. The apartment has a large window facade to the west with lake view. The apartment is located on the 13th floor and is easily accessible. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment! Pets are prohibited! Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment!

Nice apartment near the main train station

Close to the center two-room apartment with kitchen, bathroom and living room with balcony. The tram stop is right outside the front door. Mannheim Central Station is a 7-10 minute walk or 2 tram stops away. The Rhine promenade in the area invites you to jog or walk. Free parking is a 10-minute walk away. Please only smoke on the balcony.
