Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The apartment is just minutes from the center with restaurants, cafes, wine bars, historic wineries, various shops. The vineyards start around the corner and all lead to the nearby hiking area “Pfälzer Wald” with its popular managed huts. The Villa Ludwigshöhe, the Rietburg ruins, which can be reached on a romantic path with the Rietburg cable car, the wildlife sanctuary located there and a panoramic café are just some of the beautiful excursion destinations.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the "Eseldorf" Eschbach on the Southern Wine Route. Here you can relax with a good glass of wine, enjoy the impressive scenery or discover one of the many offers of the unique holiday region. The apartment has a cozy living room as well as a separate bedroom and Wi-Fi. A modern kitchen with dining area complements the domicile. The attractive bathtub, a spacious hallway and a sun terrace complete the apartment.

The stilt houses are located about 300 m from the Jugendstilhotel Trifels and can be reached on foot via a paved hiking trail. You can borrow a handcart for your luggage from us. Apartment Rose is located in the middle of the Palatinate Forest. One of the most beautiful forests in Germany. This awaits you with fascinating hiking trails, an incredibly impressive flora and fauna, good food and particularly fine wines of the region. After an eventful day in nature, you can relax in the in-house sauna or hot tub and end the day with your loved ones with a homemade meal.

Highly located, surrounded by nature, in the middle of the forest with unobstructed views, we built our log cabin from local Douglas fir. The log cabin, built from natural logs, is elevated on the edge of the forest, offering wonderful tranquility and breathtaking views of the surroundings. Ideal for families with children of all ages, groups or couples looking for a romantic getaway.
